I appreciate IPRoyal's customer support, which is responsive and helpful in resolving issues, such as replacing an IP when its quality score changed unfavorably. The availability of dedicated IPs for a minimum of 60 days is convenient and reduces the hassle of frequent changes, complementing my social media account management needs. Additionally, I find the option to select IPs with 0 risk quality reassuring, as it helps maintain a low fraud score on Scamalytics. Lastly, the initial setup of IPRoyal is very easy, making it straightforward to integrate and use with my browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am concerned about the possibility of IP addresses being shared with other users without clear notification. Initially, the IP I purchased had a risk score of 0, but without any usage for 7 days, the score increased to 40. This leads me to suspect that the IP might be shared with others, potentially harming its quality. I believe that such information should be transparently communicated to users. Additionally, having an option to purchase an exclusively dedicated IP, which only I can access, would be beneficial in ensuring the reliability and integrity of the service.

I use IPRoyal for social media account management. It provides dedicated IPs, limiting the need for frequent changes, and offers IP quality checks to reduce fraud risk.
