What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use, and I really like the user interface and overall user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of options, but it’s still very easy to get used to. Once you spend a little time with it, everything feels straightforward and manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been helping me a lot with my side projects for school, and it makes it easier to stay on top of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to switch between locations with IPRoyal. I find the residential IPs more reliable compared to other options I've tried, especially when checking sites multiple times. I also appreciate that it doesn't take long to set up, so I can start using it without much hassle. Overall, it's pretty straightforward and does what I need without overcomplicating things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed can vary depending on the location, which sometimes means I have to switch IPs to get a better connection. It's not a big issue, but it can slow things down a bit when doing multiple checks. Additionally, the interface took me a little time at the beginning to get used to where everything is. At first, it wasn't immediately obvious where everything is on the dashboard, especially finding the right proxy settings and switching between different options. After using it a bit, it becomes easier, but I think a simpler layout or clearer labels could help new users get started faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use IPRoyal to check hotel websites from different countries more easily, ensuring accurate availability and pricing. It saves time by reducing access blocks and inconsistencies.

What do you like best about the product?
I use IPRoyal for ISP IP Proxy and it works greatly when connected with my VPS. I like the customer support; when I mistakenly purchased the wrong ISP IP, the chat support refunded me in 5 minutes and guided me through the process. The initial setup was also very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe they need to expand more regions of the USA. Stock out in California.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I connected IPRoyal with my VPS, and it's working greatly. The customer support is excellent; they quickly refunded me and provided guidance when I purchased the wrong ISP IP.

I find IPRoyal to be reliable most of the time, which is important for me. The support is great and very quick to respond, which I really appreciate. It makes a big difference to have fast and effective support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are downtimes sometimes, and when it's down, it's really bad because I can't do anything about it. Also, I wish there was compensation for these issues or a way to use promo codes for renewals on existing IPs, not just new orders.

Solid service. On top, I love how for a small premium fee I can buy clean IP addresses form specific locations that have a high quality score.
Plus the so called 24/7 support makes it a no brainer because my ADHD brain can come up with all kinds of ridiculous queries at unearthly hours. So to always have someone to help with those, its GOLD!

Sometimes takes time to get through to an agent but as a business owner I dont really consider that a negative. It just means lots of others like me trust these guys.

high-quality and reliable proxies for scraping and geo-specific testing. Almost 0 CAPTCHAs and no 403 errors. Simple setup and integrates cleanly with existing scraping stack. Technically proficient support staff. use it on a project basis, typically weekly depending on my scraping workload and active data collection tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some specific geo-locations, especially smaller region, are occasionally unavailable or out of stock, (which can slow down certain location-specific tests).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been using IPRoyal’s residential proxies in a data scraping setup, mainly with Python. My primary use case is collecting region-specific data (like localized pricing and search results) where datacenter proxies get blocked quickly. Most providers offer ISP/residential IPs that are almost always low-quality/high-fraud data center proxies. IPRoyal is incredibly reliable when it comes to this issue. Connections are stable, and I haven't gotten blocked thus far. Almost 0 CAPTCHAs and no 403 errors either (so I don't need to constantly rotate setups or troubleshoot failed requests).
Setup was straightforward (integrated it in 10 minutes using Playwright and works cleanly with existing scraping stack without modification). Dashboard is simple, proxy credentials are easy to manage, no confusion. Support is also genuinely helpful. The dashboard is simple and sessions are easy to manage.
