Impeccable Support, Perfect for Targeted Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I use IPRoyal for their ISP proxies, which help me reliably target a country audience with content on social media. I really appreciate their customer support, as my experience with them has been impeccable. They solved my problem in under 5 minutes and were super helpful. While the initial setup was difficult, contacting customer support made it much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up IPRoyal was difficult, but their customer support really helped make it easier.

Exceptional Support and High-Quality IPs Set IPRoyal Apart
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team is incredibly patient and helpful.
My purpose is to find a high-quality ISP to avoid generic datacenter subnets. I tried 3 different suppliers, only IPRoyal did it.
The abiliy to filter and select high-reputation IPs is what sets them apart. Unlike other providers that assign random low quality IPs.
The support agent manuallly checked my IP quality and speed, and helped me find the exact IP range I needed. This level of personalized assistance is the biggest upside for me.
By the way, the IPRoyal's IP is so easy to use and Implementation with V2ray on desktop and andriod phone. Right now, I am almost 24 hours using the IP.

What do you dislike about the product?
I compared three providers before choosing this one. I initially bought a one-month plan to test it out, but I noticed that discounts seem limited to the first order. I couldn't find a promo code option for renewals. It would be amazing if returning customers could also get a discount when renewing their plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of unstable network environments affecting my business operations. By using their IP, Ican ensure a stable digital fingerprint for my work. The benefit is peace of mind-knowing that my IP adress is cleam and recognized as legitimate traffic by the services I use.
Fast Proxy, Smooth Cloud Phone Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using IPRoyal because the proxy speed is fast enough that I don't notice any lag between my actual internet and with the proxy. My cloud phone works very smoothly with IPRoyal Proxy, and it's lag-free. The support is extremely responsive and solves problems very quickly. I also love the flexibility of simultaneously supporting HTTPS and SOCKS5 protocols. IPRoyal's transparency about their IP pool is another aspect I appreciate.

the dashboard is kinda confusing, but once you get a hang of it, it's a piece of cake

I really like IPRoyal for its excellent pricing, great interface, and good support. The free trial was especially nice to make sure it met my needs. Everything works as advertised, which is fantastic. The initial setup was very easy, making it convenient to get started with. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like pricing, it’s affordable and also I never faced any issues related to lagging or anything. Has good speed and also it has my preferred proxy location

I didn’t find any downsides as of now. So far so good.

I really like the responsive after-sales service and the fully supportive staff at IPRoyal. The high-quality IPs are fantastic. It saves me time and helps me get through technical issues. Plus, the website UI is friendly, which is a huge bonus.

Sometimes the live chat doesn't come up. It usually takes a few refreshes for the live chat to appear.

Effective Proxy Service with Some Speed Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use IPRoyal for YouTube, and my experience is good. Also, whenever I initially faced issues, I chatted with the team, and they solved my problem. Similarly, when my team member had an issue, the support resolved it as well. The American IP location speed is so good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced some issues at the start, and my team members also faced problems, but the support team was able to solve them. The IP speeds from some country locations, like England, aren't good, especially with uploading speeds, although the American IP speeds are solid. The price is a little high since I run many websites and need proxies. The chat support isn't perfect; sometimes, if the chat person changes, they don't have the history of the problem, which is frustrating.

I primarily use IPRoyal for YouTube, and it's been a good experience. It helps me run multiple websites with its proxy service, although some country locations like England have poor upload speed compared to the good speed of American IPs.
