Lastly, a built-in health/status dashboard for individual endpoints (beyond bandwidth usage) would help proactively identify underperforming IPs without relying on external monitoring. That said, their support team is responsive, and these are refinements rather than blockers.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate IPRoyal's top-tier service, as I never get my account banned using their proxies unlike before when I used a VPN. I love their support system and the instant assistance I receive through live chat. IPRoyal has the best customer service, they're always ready to help with anything. Just the other day, I bought a USA proxy that was running slow, and they responded quickly, understood my concern, and replaced it. Even when the replacement didn't work, they were supportive and offered me a refund, which they carried out promptly. Their willingness to help with every little detail possible makes them stand out. The setup was also straightforward, taking me only 3-5 minutes to understand the buying and autorenew options.

Hope they have more proxy in stock because USA ISP proxies run out of stock most of the time.
