What do you like best about the product?
Shufti Pro offers a great way to identify customers and prevent fraud. The identity verification solution from Shufti Pro has allowed our company to seamlessly verify our customers during onboarding. The verification process is now completely hassle-free and convenient for both our company as well as our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s all good, but I faced a problem when the service was not accepting my driver’s license for verification. It is not mentioned very clearly which document I should submit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We face lots of issues while document & Identity verification. Now it has become very easy to process these critical and sensitive things.

What do you like best about the product?
Shufti Pro’s KYC solution has proven to be a great tool for secure customer onboarding at our company. The built-in video identification feature has allowed us to accurately verify the identity of our customers. The customized and highly responsive portal of Shufti Pro prevents delays in verification and provides convenience to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you try to integrate Shufti Pro’s service with your own application, there is a lack of test webhook that causes a lag in the whole process.

What do you like best about the product?
- easy to integrate, just write create one service and you are ready to go.
- they provide the webhook which is quite effective when you lost connection in between so you can trace where user leftoff

- when you integrate it time webhook takes longer than you expect
- when i integrated with our application there was no test webhook so you have to manually check for the webhooks and all, which makes development process a little bit slower.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- verifying a person's identity from any country with any valid document they have.
- we have used it in one of the applications where verifying identity is a must so that our database does not get overflowed with dummy users.

- you need to check for the country they support for the document verification, if they support your country for verification then it's good to go with this.

The ease of the use of the webcam option and the speed at which the system verifies the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to redo the verification about 5 times because the system did not accept the pictures as captured, manually and via webcam.

Could offer an option to scan a QR code and switch the verification process to a mobile device to further promote the ease of use.

Step by Step instructions were fairly clear and didn't confuse me too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trial and Error... could have been a little clearer on which documents are needed.

The only issue was going back and forth to update my FaceBook page or my work files.

Great Service and Easy to Use Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about them is the real time KYC/AML services using Webcam that really helped our company to reduce the number of frauds. Their support is very good and they reply instantly whenever you need any any help. Also price is very low as compared to other players present in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to pay manually. There is no automatic payment method available. They should actually place instant payment feature online in back office account so that time of client could be saved.

We had a web development business and we needed the KYC services to verify our customers to ensure that the person who pays for the renewal of web-hosting services is who they say they are. Previously we faced many chargeback frauds - some customers, after paying for the web-hosting renewal, said they had not carried out the transaction and that their card was stolen. After the implementation of webcam-based KYC, these kinds of issues were completely gone.
