What do you like best about the product?
I like Shufti's coverage across both individual and business verification, combined with its configurable workflow, which makes it a strong fit for banking. The initial setup was easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any update in production should be communicated to customers before releasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers primarily use Shufti for KYC/KYB and compliance-driven onboarding.
Effortless KYC with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Shufti's interface is really easy to use, which makes my tasks simpler. The CSV extracts are also very helpful, especially since we have an extra step of verifying the identity after ShuftiPro's KYC. It's really useful to filter users by status and date for our internal processes. Additionally, the initial setup of Shufti was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, with IDs not in non-Latin alphabets, the data is not extracted correctly or not extracted at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Shufti for ID verification, checking location, country, date of birth, and identity. The easy interface and CSV extracts help us filter users for additional verification steps.

What do you like best about the product?
They are very up to date with compliance requirements and highly responsive. They provide a full compliance due diligence service, covering onboarding, screening, periodic reviews, risk rating, and more. The entire AML/CFT compliance process can be handled in a reliable way using the system, with minimal human intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have evaluated various regtech systems that offer compliance services, like ShuftiPro, and it’s incomparable. Honestly, up to now we haven’t had any issues to point out, since any questions or concerns are addressed right away.
The system is users friendly and is for most part self explanatory. It has even a test area that you can use prior to use a feature in the live section

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identification and verification can be completed reliably (with biometrics) without requiring the client to be face to face. This makes the process smoother and more client-friendly, which in turn enhances our client service experience. Any additional information (application forms, address verification, and other relevant forms and documents) can also be collected securely using shuftiPro. Clients are not restricted by time or location.
As a result, clients are more responsive, and it is easier for documentation/files to be completed and remain compliant with rules and regulations. Staff also need to do far fewer follow-ups to complete files, which would normally take a lot of time and effort.

User-Friendly Dashboard with Strong ID Verification and AML Screening
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is very user-friendly and easy to use. The products are laid out in a straightforward format, which makes it simple to navigate to the right one. Our firm specifically uses the ID verification and AML screening features. We also appreciate that the platform supports multiple languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be difficult to fully understand what the error or issue is, but the client service team has been very helpful and, in general, quick to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shufti helps us validate the identification documents provided by customers, and it also performs ongoing AML checks for our firm. As a smaller firm. we appreciate they were able to scale to our needs.
Strong International Reach, Complex Setup Process
What do you like best about the product?
I like Shufti's international reach. Our account manager is very responsive and helpful in setting up our account.

Setup is complicated and not always clear what each toggle does and whether it is specifically included in your plan.

Shufti helps with international AML screening and document verification, making us more secure when serving clients from other countries.
Easy-to-Navigate Dashboard with Powerful Customization and Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the dashboard is easy to use and navigate, and that there are many options to customize the journey and workflow to suit our needs. Above all, the fact that so many different languages and ID types are supported is a big plus point for us.
We have also received fast and detailed responses from the onboarding and support team via the dedicated Slack channel so any issues or queries we had were promptly resolved.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions when a user trying to verify their ID is shown an error message that doesn't specifically explain what the issue is, so they either continue trying and failing or contacting our CS team. While we have been able to identify and fix the issues after talking with the Shufti tech team, we are currently considering ways that we could make troubleshooting easier for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Shufti we are able to verify the identity and age of international users via a wide range of ID types, where previously we could only offer manual passport verification, which was a major pain point for many global users.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Shufti for rigorous compliance screening, and I find it to be a very comprehensive tool for KYC, KYB, and KYI, streamlining the onboarding process with its OCR and face recognition capabilities. The sales team is excellent, and the 24-hour support for API integration and general IT is perfect for working globally. The platform is incredibly easy to use, and the detailed results are amazing. Their IT team works around the clock, is very dedicated, solves problems fast, and communicates well. The initial setup was incredibly easy, making it a complete package for all my financial compliance needs.

What I like best about Shufti Pro is its reliability and efficiency in identity verification and screening. The platform is user-friendly, integrates smoothly with our processes, and helps ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate and fast results.

One limitation I’ve noticed with Shufti Pro is in the name screening process. It feels highly AI-driven but somewhat basic when it comes to handling name variations. In regions like Lebanon, where names can be written in multiple ways, this can result in minimal or missed matches. A more flexible and locally adaptive matching logic would improve reliability.
