Best cost-quality service option on the market & Great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Shufti is a perfect fit for small companies and MLROs who wants to apply internal controls in AML for global markets with a reasonable cost. I like so much the administrator account and KRIs created for the teams because facilitating the UX. Unfortunately, I´m not recommended to acquire Shufti if you need to use the plugin because is not update it. However, all the additional services and client services team are wonderful and very patient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plugin is not update it or the features are limited (the API is another history).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Shufti in 2 differents companies in the last 5 years and I can see how they have improved the tools to offer a service all in one place, which is great because one of the pain point in compliance are frankenstein systems with not data connection for risk assesment, aml forms, KYC, KYB, screening, among others.

I like Shufti for its customer support. The enhanced KYB services and document screening are valuable to me. The initial setup was quick and super easy.

I use Shufti for KYC onboarding, and it solves problems with accuracy and informed decision-making.
Consistently Excellent Service with Urgent, Professional Support
What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Shufti for over a year now, and our experience has been consistently excellent. Their team treats every concern with urgency and professionalism, making us feel that our requests are always a top priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
The e-signature feature needs to support documents with more than 100 pages. Please look into this limitation and update it.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Shufti for our KYC and Identity Verification process at eMYAA. I appreciate how it significantly reduces manual efforts with its automation of services like document verification and facial recognition, making customer onboarding faster and minimizing human error. I like the ease of integration and the well-structured API documentation, which allowed us to integrate quickly. The speed and accuracy of the verification process are critical for us—faster verification reduces waiting time for users, while accuracy ensures strong compliance and reduces the risk of fraud. The initial setup was quite straightforward which made integration easy for our team.

Trustworthy and reliable software solution - Great user interface as well. Tech support and resolution has been largely reliable.

Small issues once in a while, but support responds fast and provides quick turnaround.

Advanced eKYC Solutions. Prompt technical support, with proactive and client-friendly assistance from the team.

I really appreciate the product’s flexibility, and the customer support has been excellent.

Nothing negative so far. At this stage, everything has been good.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using the AML checks for the KYC and its very useful

In KYB, sometimes it’s difficult to find a company, and I can’t always access the information or validation I need for certain companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working on adding countries and enhancing the experience in addition of adding new services

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ShuftiPro is how quick and reliable its identity verification process is, along with its broad support for documents from around the world. The API is easy to integrate, and the platform also provides solid AML screening and real-time verification. Together, these features help streamline onboarding while still maintaining compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about ShuftiPro is the limited flexibility for UI/UX customization, which makes it harder to fully align the user journey with our intended product experience. On top of that, being charged even for negative or failed verification results can drive up overall costs. I’ve also run into limitations in the UAT/sandbox environment, which makes thorough testing and edge-case validation more difficult than it should be.

ShuftiPro helps us streamline client onboarding by handling KYC and KYB verification efficiently for our business customers. It allows us to carry out essential identity checks, document verification, and AML screening in line with regulatory requirements. As a result, we spend far less time on manual work, onboarding moves faster, and we can stay compliant while still delivering a smoother experience for our customers.
