What do you like best about the product?

Shufti has enabled us to support document and liveness verifications for many of our clients for multiple years already. Their technical and customer support have always been there to support our own team when our clients have questions and need help. Integrating multiple services from Shufti is simple and their system is fairly consistent with its results. When something is a known false positive or negative, their support team is there to update their models and make sure the accuracy improves.

What do you dislike about the product?

One point where Shufti can improve is multi-accounting support: we support multiple clients and the requirements for assigning us new accounts don't make much sense. Another point that may be improved is the Business Intelligence reporting, for example customer journey reporting to determine end-user drop-off reasons.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

AcuityTec is a data orchestrator that allows our clients to consume multiple services in a single integration. Shufti has been our partner for document and liveness verification, giving us a robust and reliable partner.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Shufti is that I have direct contact with their team. Whenever I need something, I can reach out directly and receive the support I need.

I've personally used many KYC services, and the quality of Shufti's AML verification, customer support, and platform is far superior to any other service I've tried in the industry.

I don't really dislike anything about the platform. Whenever I need help, the team is always available and provides the support needed to address any issue. They are responsive, focused on solving problems, and consistently ensure that any concerns are handled efficiently.

Shufti helps me manage KYC and AML compliance for my business in the crypto industry, where maintaining strong compliance standards is essential. In my experience, Shufti has provided reliable verification services, excellent support, and a user-friendly platform. Based on the solutions I've used, I consider Shufti to be one of the best KYC and AML providers on the market.

We use the Shufti document verification tool. Shufti supports various types of ID documents in many languages and extracts the data according to each country’s settings.

The billing information isn’t very clear, and it’s difficult to understand how they calculate and count the documents that are billed.

Shufti extracts information from ID documents by country and verifies the originality of the documents.

We can tailor the verification process based on the needs of the business and the customer.

It’s frustrating not being able to see a summary or other relevant customer details for each journey attempt from the customer dashboard.
