Efficient and Reliable Print Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple locations across our company and PrinterLogic makes it easy for end users to quickly add a printer to their device without admin intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have run into a few drivers that were unable to be uploaded to the interface or they correctly deployed but the configuration would not allow printing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great product to manage all your printers for all your locations.
What do you like best about the product?
The single site to manage all your locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to dislike since it's so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolved our need for printer servers for all of our locations all over the world.
Vasion is a time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for our end users to install printers. They dont need much I.S intervention to install anything which gives our department back quite a bit of time. The knowledge base that Vasion has is also very impressive. I am usually able to find any answer to the questions i have by reading the forums. It is very handy to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding an .inf file for every printer can be such a hassel. Sometimes I have to contact the manufacturers to see if they can send it which is a great deal of extra work for me because they are not always so forthcoming. If there was a library of printer drivers, i think that would be very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to get constantly bogged down with requests about installing printers. It was excessive. But now, our people are able to install the printers we made available to them even when they move from building to building. It has saved us so much time. We also use it in multiple locations and without having an admin on site to install printers, our users still have no issues. No more remoting in to or trying to describe how to install a printer. We just send them instructions on how to click on the icon and they got it from there.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up new printers. And the users ability to add printers to their computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any Cons with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the ease of setting up new printers and drivers. The users enjoy being able to add printers to their computers without contacting our support desk.
Amazing Printer Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Vaison Print does a great job of simplifying the task of printer management and provisioning. Vaison Print minimizes bottlenecks that come from having on-premises print servers and extends functionality to include Secure Print, Guest Printing and more. The implementation of Vaison Print was seamless and the customer support is fantastic to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Vaison Print. It is a product that sets out to simplify printer management and it does that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were faced with the complexity of managing printer provisioning and security with Group Policy. The process to change or update printers and printer drivers was cumbersome. Having all print jobs run through a print server in our datacenter made printing at branch locations extremely inefficeint.
Great for simple setups, advanced configuration has some hiccupes.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use portal that is intuitive and user friendly. Their migration tool works well and when combined with the agent, makes migration of large amounts of printers a breeze. At locations without secure and follow me printing, installation was quick. We eventually resolved the issues with Secure and FMP, but the configuration was far more complex than expected. The technical sales team very quickly disengaged after our purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Secure and FollowMe Printing has been a giant challenge to set up and configure. Vasion support is slow to respond and must do most tracking and ticketing over email, which is not ideal for speedy resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary driver was to eliminate our on premise print servers to aid in our cloud migratations. User experience and support with printers was an additional driver that took management away from higher level admins with server access and we can allow local facilities to manage their own devices fully.

What do you like best about the product?
Vasion is a very easy product to use. Very straight forward and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downsides with Vasion Print.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vasion Print has been easy for our end users to use. So when they can easily use it to add printers to their devices, it makes out job easier.
Easy to setup, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Central repository to configure all printers for our organization across nearly 200 sites. any employee can travel to any of the sites and pull up, map to in less than 5 minutes, and print from any printer configured in the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Vaison would have a library of dirvers to pull from so that you were not forced to uplad all of your drivers yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relieves the strain of our helpdesk by mapping printers and configuring print profiles and settings across the organization
Helpful Tool for IT Techs
What do you like best about the product?
Being a "one stop shop" for users/clients to install allowed devices on their managed computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation for the map/location of devices. Wished there were more features to customize this both the list and the map was more interactive for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From an IT support standpoint, it does what we need it to do. Easy management with inventory, driver, user permission/access, etc. Very thankful for it.
Scalable Solution for Cross-Location Printing Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Vasion Print is designed to handle large-scale printer deployment well. I appreciate the centralized control over printers, which has made troubleshooting simpler. It has been beneficial for efficiently handling a large volume of print jobs across different departments. Also, customer support has been helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with third-party tools like our identity management system could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By automating driver deployment, Vasion Print has reduced the time and resources we spend on printer management. Also, the centralized management aspect has been particularly valuable for remote IT management.
