Printing as a Service
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how we can centralize printing and drivers in one source. This makes printing as a service amazing without the maintenance of Print Servers. We can have Macs and Windows device both utilize this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to add Mac drivers to the Driver Repository using a Windows device. I need to sign onto my Mac to ad Mac drivers to the repository it would make it easier if I could add Mac drivers using a Windows device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes the two Print Servers we used to have, it provides a cloud based solution for our organization. We are global so it helps having a one stop shop. It also helps where we can have one source for drivers, so if we need to update those drivers we can do it once and it applies it to all devices with the client
printer logic the best way to optimise UX and reduce it support request
What do you like best about the product?
printer logic helped us remove 1 server per site (print servers) and also improved the user experience by using direct printing with the logic pf print server in a centralised location.
the deployement for 25 sites and 50 printers took less than 1 month
these printers are used daily and our customer services never received any request after the change
the printer installation from roaming employes went down to 0 overnight after implementation of the system.

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing found up to now
all features are great and easilly used by all types of users

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
print logic helped us configure the printers follow the user. before we had all printers install to users and now in a hybrid work force the printers follow the users and stops making noise when the wrong printers are installed
it also helped us reduce the amount of edge servers required in each region reducing the virtualisation cost per office

Great experience, has simplified Print management in my organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Printer profiles, and ease of deployment using the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from a few issues during the deployment phase, there has been nothing to dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since print nightmare, managing print drivers and deployment for my users was difficult. PrinterLogic now does this for me, and has saved many hours of time for me and my techs.
Extremely easy to get set up and manage.
What do you like best about the product?
The printer logic system is very easy to use and manage. The end user experiance is miles ahead of the systems we had in place prior.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I dislike about the system and they are all still very usable. Timeouts on menus could be longer for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Printer Logic has allowed us to eliminate our outdated print sever and let the end users have freedom to use printers.
PrinterLogic saved my time
What do you like best about the product?
Don't have to buy physical servers and can update all printers via one pane.
What do you dislike about the product?
integration into certain computers that block Powershell give issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can change printers and add users to printers as they change locations without having to remote into a machine to add and remove
Game changing!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up, manage, and automate many tasks that take up so much time. I also love how it addresses many issues with on-prem print servers without dealing with Microsoft updates and changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe I have found anything I dislike about it now, but it would be awesome if it had virtual printer options that allow you to print to a folder as that would take this solution to a whole new level!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves issues managing multiple sites without the need for multiple servers. It also allows us to get through the "Print Nightmare" updates that Microsoft implemented and allows for central management and monitoring of the printers, cheaper than hosting on-prem servers. Especially when printing is vital to always be up and running for us, which requires backup servers, IT maintenance/upkeep, etc. Having extra support from a fantastic team when we have questions or needs sets it over the bar!
PrinterLogic does exactly as they promised it would.
What do you like best about the product?
It is seemless to the users. They never even know they are switching from our print servers to the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would hope at some point they support V4 drivers so that we can update all our printer drivers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using PrinterLogic we have been able to retire all of our print servers company wide.
Made it possible to manage so many printers
What do you like best about the product?
The printer deployment is simplified, and you can make deployments as easy or as complex as you like with rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
No driver repository. Other similar products have certified printer drivers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This resolved our android printing issue.
Simple and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple and efficient cloud printing platform that is helping us to drive our global strategy to simply our infrastructure
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have found some issues importing wide format (plotter) devices yet I haven't tried enough to validate all instructions I received from printerlogic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying onsite infrastructure
Hands down the easiest and best products to use
What do you like best about the product?
Printer logic is one of the easiest products I have used as an IT Administrator in my 20+ years in the industry. I was given the demo with zero expectations, but I couldn't stop once I started. I had the application setup myself in just a few hours and deployed it the next day.
This application is so easy for the end users to use, and the administration, once setup, never has to change. Want to change a driver? BAM, its done and deployed. Want to deploy a printer? BAM, it's done and deployed.
I have used this product in a 57 user law firm and now I am working to implement it in a 200+ user law firm.

What do you dislike about the product?
I simply can't find anything that I don't like about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the PrintNightmare virus forever affecting the way Microsoft print servers work, this was an easy solution to the problem.
