PrinterLogic streamlines printer management
What do you like best about the product?
With PrinterLogic, all aspects of a printer environment are displayed in one pane of glass, allowing administrators to perform tasks more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the most current release of the SaaS offering, SNMPv3 isn't working to report a printer's status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic has allowed our company to remove all print servers which reduces our server operating system management footprint.
Pretty Functional
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access to manage our Printers in our environment and connect with our non-persistent desktops
What do you dislike about the product?
It uses SNMP for the connection and installation piece.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have really any printer issues. It is easy to manage the drivers for the printers. Deployment of printers to devices is super simple.
PrinterLogic review
What do you like best about the product?
PL makes it easy to manage and add printers. Our use case for it allows non it users to install their devices themself with out the need to reach out our helpdesk and have them connect and assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the verbiage can be confusing or the initial setup takes some time. The lack of V4 driver support isnt a deal breaker but is a feature that would be nice to have in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Printer logic is helping us cut out tickets from the helpdesk to add printers. Users will be able to add them with out having to call the helpdesk and have a agent connect.
A quality service that helps the headache of printers
What do you like best about the product?
It is very straight forward and put together. Doesn't take too much for both techs and users to understand how to use the tool. Also makes office to office printer deployment a breeze for our users as it can deploy different printers based on their location/IP. Support has been really great with any issues we have brought to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is there has been an IDP bug on the mac platform that has yet to be resolved. Once that is resolved I don't think there will be any issues that haven't been addressed. However when a bug is submitted they make sure to keep you in the loop on progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps solve the issue with installing printers for users in a very intuitive way. Users don't need to know anything really to be able to use it nor extra credentials to install the printers. A couple clicks and they can be printing to their favorite printer.
Printers are finally easy
What do you like best about the product?
I only have 15 printers in my organization, but my people move around to all different offices and were constantly needing printer assistance.
I haven't had a printer call in months since implementing PrinterLogic. Low maintenance and easy to use.
Finally, and blessedly, support documentation that actually is complete and easy to follow.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing. It's all good. I like it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything about managing printers from an infrastructure level are made easy. I've introduced three new printers since implementing PrinterLogic and the hardest part was deciding what to call them.
Exceptional Support and Service
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic is great for the users in an organization. There is no print queue issues anymore. We can reboot the server when needed and will not stop people from printing. It can be divided up by buildings and floors to make it easier to find a printer. All around good stable product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found any downsides about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic is solving the problems of driver management for printing. Not all printers can you the same driver model and PrinterLogic gives you the ability to have certain drivers.

I am Happy Camper
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my job easier as an administrator
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment! The knodglebase has been a real helpful tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping lower the nubmer of tickets we get and makes its easier for the end users
Great experience with a great printing solution!
What do you like best about the product?
We have liked how this product is device agnostic and we are not tied to any one brand of printer. It is all web based so we don't have to manage print servers and giving access is easier to people outside our domain due to us not having to allow access directly to internal print servers. It has also worked solidly with very few if any real problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only ding against this product so far was that we were never able to integrate to both Google and Azure. It was something we were told that would work, but we have not been able to get it to work, even with their support. We have been told that it will work in the future. It caused us to have to change our plans on getting this set up exactly how we wanted to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we moved to Microsoft AD years ago, we were using the built in Microsoft printing and it was just not meeting our needs and we seemed to have constant issues with the print servers and allowing access to them. We wanted a more secure way to print that would have better up time and was easy to manage. Microsoft was very clunky and became even worse when we started moving accounts to Azure.
Great tools on managing our fleet of printers across different regions .
