An easy to use, well documented printer management solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create driver profiles has significantly reduced the time in getting the desired printer configurations out to users, and the ability to modify or create new profiles allows for flexibility in responding to client requirements.
Furthermore the deployment/structure tree view enables for easy management of printer devices, and the site associated deployment conditions. Having an IP range as a printer deployment condition means users will never miss a priter when on the office network.

What do you dislike about the product?
The overload of information when getting started with printer logic is the biggest hurdle, in conjunction with the complexity of configuring Azure for IdP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic enables my company to significantly reduce the time spent on printer deplyments, as even clients without printer servers can have printers deployed to their endpoints without the need for a consultant to access each individual computer.
Tetrapak has transitioned from secure print to PrinterLogic and its great.
What do you like best about the product?
Very straight forawd to use and printing is faster

As we have just implemented the solution there is not much to dislike.

Convenience of printing from any Tetra Pak office world wide withough having to connect to the local printer.

One Less Thing to Worry About
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it makes my life when it comes to print management. It's super easy to setup, deploys with ease, they have great support, and it makes print nightmare a thing of the past. It's one less thing to worry about!
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can seem a little steep for smaller businesses and organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When print nightmare hit, it became a major headache to balance security and ease of use. With PrinterLogic, I no longer have to worry about it!

the web interface is simple with a lot of information which allows you to have good control of our printers

Easy to use printer management
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic makes managing and installing printers on remote users computer much easier, taking the load off our helpdesk staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any negatives right now, things have gone well to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up printers on remote sites that don't have dedicated print servers can be quite time-consuming. PrinterLogic allows us to manage those sites with greater ease.

Easy to use and any questions I've had have been answered.

It has issues with older printer connecting, but that's not the programs fault.

Not needing a windows print server
Support/Training was A1, everyone was incredibly competent

It's easily the best printer deployment system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing negative about the product was its price, maybe if we would need every single feature it offers, it would be less of an issue. Everything it does is working very well and the price is justified. But if you don't need everything the price starts to be kind of high.

We used GPP to install printer queues, and GPP are not always working perfectly.
Experience with the Printer Logic application
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fantastic application since the Print logic installation is small and eliminates the need for a Windows server to manage the print server, while everything else is hosted on SharePoint.
If Windows Server dies, the Print Server must be reinstalled, which will prevent users from printing. This Printer Logic resolves all those concerns.

What do you dislike about the product?
The support team should be on the same page as the engineer. Support takes a long time to resolve little issues, but calling the engineer takes a minute, and sometimes reaching the engineer is problematic, so you are held in the queue to handle your minor issue or query.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No printing if the server is down for any reason. Not all printer drivers work well with GPO-based deployments. Printer Logic saves the Windows license, whether on-premises or in the cloud.
