What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and mobile compatibility and QR code option
What do you dislike about the product?
in our setup it requires to be on office network
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One central print queue, no dependency on particular printers, privacy and control on prints to take out.

What do you like best about the product?
New UI, new features available like scanning manager I've yet to try but looks fine
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a usage report that's easy to get to, at least show up front which printers aren't being used
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating issues when end users self install printers.
PrinterLogic is very easy to explain to customers when trying to sell the product

Training was easy. Customers have been happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A Haven't used it enough, but as of now I don't anticipate any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrintLogic goes hand in hand with our Cloud based selling to our clients and prospects.
Extremely easy to deploy and simple set up steps for the end user
What do you like best about the product?
Of course the best feature is the ability to have secured printing. In some of our offices, we have financial planners who need to have a seperate printer due to SEC regulations. With that, the ability to access the documents is very easy.

The ability to use various access devices like pin codes, access cards etc. can be very confusing at times. But once an access type is determined, it is very easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because across our offices, regulations require that secured documents are not left on a machine unattended. The secured print feature meets this need and is accepted by the SEC
Great experience for schools
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support experience behind it has been second to none. Jessie and Peter who I work with have been great. It has been really easy to setup and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just missing copy functions when tracking for cost recovery but I believe this function is coming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is solving the fact that Papercut hasn't really moved to the cloud in a proper education environment and now we're able to provide printing with cost recovery as a cloud application.
The simplest and best experiences with printers.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation and the ease of use. I work for a school, and the frequency of use is high. With the number of features and the ease of Integration, there was no issue with the transition. And when we needed help, the customer support was fast and super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides. Everyone should have this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic helped with printer management, which was very helpful because it was a crap shot before that.
Printer logic has helped with printing issues with our clients.

It simplifies deploying printers at our larger clients.

The only real downside is PrinterLogic cannot use V4 drivers.

Deploying printers for our customers where there are a number of printers and users.
Printers Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
The simple management UI and client deployment options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about the product. It has been wonderful which is rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had on premise print servers that were deployed via GPO. We ran into Administartive issues and Driver issues when trying to keep everything up to date. We now have the ability for people to add their own printers and see logs which is amazing. We have had ZERO tickets come into the Help Desk post deployment.
A great product for printer management in the modern workplace
What do you like best about the product?
When configured correctly, it is seamless and transparent - no one has to install anything at the endpoint device to get the printers they need. Our sales contact has also been very quick to add licenses when new printers are installed. From what my IT team has stated, it was an easy implementation and easy integration as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
That off-premises printing is an extra cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to PrinterLogic, we maintained an on-premise printer server for all networked printers in our organization in our datacenter. One of my goals is to eliminate our datacenter to decrease the potential for downtime, ongoing and maintenance costs of servers and networking equipment and onsite visits and increase our flexibility during daily work, emergency scenarios and decreasing the burden of IT during business changes (opening/closing locations, staff on/offboarding, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
I admire how fast, seamless and secure the transition was for our organization. We were able to implement PrinterLogic into the environment quickyl with NO downtime for the users. We had less than .5% support related issues after implementation and the PrinterLogic support team were immediately available to assist and resolve the issues quickly!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I disliked at all. The transition from previous to PrinterLogic went seamlessly.
