What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints.... we are adopting BE Instant and look forward to seeing real-time performance indicators that will help us improve our organic performance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly striving to expand our reach for the organic search results page. We use BE to find new opportunities to develop new content and improve existing content. Over time we have been more successful in being served for Universal Search sesults [QA,PAA, videos & images]
Nice tool, but too expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to assign keywords to specific landing pages, and then optimize for improved rankings for those pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive compared to modern competitors. Account manager is too pushy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to improve organic search engine rankings of specific eCommerce landing pages.

Enterprise SEO at it's BEST!
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is incredible!!! Our bi-weekly meetings with a BrightEdge specialist are invaluable. Keyword insights and tracking are helpful when setting up strategies. The recommendation section gives a lot of quick wins and helpful tips. The dashboards are a great way to send out metrics to anyone (even if they lack SEO knowledge) and show ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrightEdge is a bit tricky to understand some of the metrics at first. You should have an SEO background to set up because that part is not for beginners. The setup takes time to do and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge is used by nearly the whole marketing piece of the organization. BrightEdge helps provide SEO services to our In-House Op-Co clients. We use this tool to determine what overall SEO strategy we should recommend for our clients.

I've really enjoyed my time working with BrightEdge! They are constantly innovating and creating new products. It's also an added bonus that you have a dedicated rep to help you work through issues.

BrightEdge is a little on the pricey side and sometimes can be glitchy.

We use BrightEdge to help us with our SEO initatives. It helps keep our sites up to date on best practices.
Great software and support
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very robust. Allows you to granular campaigns on keyword sets, create your own tracking, and reporting, and automate the monthly send-outs to stakeholders. You can also create your own dashboards to see exactly the data you need to see quickly. They also provide bi-weekly support in training, as well as on an as-needed basis should we hire someone knew that needs to catch up. Their certification is also a great tool to learn the platform and get up to speed quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are constantly running out of keywords as they count each keyword on each platform (i.e.: Google CA, Google Toronto, etc.) as separate keyword counts. This can be annoying, but it's no different than other monitoring software that charges per platform. It would be nice, though to have a country and local in that country altogether for better planning/targetting/monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Brightedge to gain advantage over our competition for key keywords, and be able to rank higher with them. We have seen a great increase in rankings since starting with Brightedge.

Select your keywords and competitors carefully as all the recommendations and progress you make depends on them.

BrightEdge is a great company to work with on all fronts. Their software is easy to use and they have a great staff of industry professionals to assist.

I have used BrightEdge at my current company and at my last company, where I selected them as our SEO software, and I can't think of ANY issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my previously company and my current company, increasing organic traffic was a key part of the businesses strategy to increase revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of other Enterprise level SEO software out there and there is not too much deferent among them - the main difference with BrightEdge is their knowledge of staff and easy of doing business with.

Data-cube is helpful with keyword research to see what we're ranking for along with what our competitors are.

The platform is limited for users trying to target customers in a regional area unless you have the robust version of the software.

We're determining what our customers are searching for versus the language that we use online.

Great your keyword and page groups early on and look to them to see trends.
Keyword Information at Your Fingertips!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of BrightEdge is the keyword information and the page ranking data. I use data cube for all my SEO projects. It shows you keyword information and also how your pages are increasing or decreasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data in the data cube is monthly, so sometimes it is difficult to get an understanding of how your pages are doing. There are ways around this such as using dashboards, but it does not have the same level of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge has been a huge help in providing me with Keyword research for a global company. Using Intent has allowed me to see keyword rankings for different countries and with a year long view of how those terms are doing. Additionally, Data cube lets me see how my pages are increasing and if they are ranking for any featured snippets.

The complete suite of SEO tools, clean reporting dashboard and excellent support provided by our Customer Success Manager.

No dislikes after years of partnership, love this tool and service. We feel BrightEdge is a key to our SEO success.

Increasing organic traffic. The Site Audit feature also allows us to monitor site health and address any content duplication. Easy reporting keeps us up to date on ranking changes and opportunities.
