What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the dedicated customer success manager
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay extra for certain features, but that's not a deal breaker as that's the case with most software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using BrightEdge to help us build out content for our new commerce site. We'll see the benefits after launch and after giving our content time to be ingested.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The insight you get and the dedicated success manager are absolutely worth the investment!

We are trying to place more effort into rich results, and the instant features are useful for that.

There are times when I feel that the platform is buggy/glitchy.

Tracking share of voice against competitors, tracking rank improvement for a target list of keywords that we want to focus our efforts on

The data cube provides helpful insights and into my competitors.

The interface can sometimes not be as user friendly. It can be overwhelming visually.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is simple to use, love data cube! Great for keyword research. The dashboards are also a great way to monitor both of our domains.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are almost too many options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love being able to see month over month growth (or lack thereof) on pages we've optimized. Makes it simple to see what is worth investing time in.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a near unlimited amount of data at my disposal I can use to make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrightEdge is NOT cheap and doesn't really have low-end introductory price points. It's not a good fit for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge allows my team to quickly analyze keywords and identify weak spots in our website.

What do you like best about the product?
The live dashboard reporting is great. Data cube also makes it really easy to identify long tail keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The investment is high and as agency, it's difficult to set keyword limits for our clients. I don't always feel that it's fair to limit the number of tracked pages to the number of tracked keywords as it doesn't always provide a fair view in reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge has definitely made reporting much easier as we're able to build our custom dashboards for different audiences. I also think that data cube for keyword research is really user friendly and ties into content research simply.

I can't think of any downsides. I highly recommend the certification to learn your way around.
