Its multiple functionalities like site audit, keyword research, contentIQ, competitor insights all on the same platform.

The frequency of email notification can sometimes get too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the beginning my website is not getting as much traffic and it was not ranking on the first page of google. After using brightedge, I have applied the recommendations and it increased traffic to the website

What do you like best about the product?
I like how much data and information is available in BrightEdge. As a one-person SEO/digital/social media team, it has made my job so much easier to have all this SEO information and recommendations at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many different parts of the platform that I feel like I'm not fully using the tool to its full potential. Although that's not necessarily the platform's fault, it's more a lack of time on my end!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using BrightEdge to make content updates and create new content for our websites, as well as reporting on our SEO performance for our executive leadership teams.
We have only been using Brightedge for about a month now but the experience has already been great!

The internal support has been great. We have learned a lot through working with our success coach.

No downsides so far. We are still learning how to maximize the platform with our SEO needs.

General SEO was not something we had the ability to prioritize before so brightedge is helping us have that opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Bright Edge rep is incredibly helpful, and is always available to answer questions. That is much appreciated. I regularly use keywords, Content Research and Share of Voice. I would definitely recommend this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We have had a great experience. I would like to see Share revamped for the future. I do appreciate the regular webinars and they are really helpful.

The power of BrightEdge and the simplicity - we have a small marketing team and we're able to streamline our SEO process thanks to BrightEdge.

Nothing yet - we implemented in 2021, and are getting things up and running on a new site currently. So far, we haven't had any issues.

SEO planning and finding keywords to use on the site. It is an ok price comparatively
Great platform with unique SEO features that shows holistic SEO performance for your brand
What do you like best about the product?
Brightedge has several tools and features which help analyze various aspects of SEO performance for your brand. One of my favorite tools offered is share of voice (SOV) which essentially shows your brand's voice share when it comes to organic results for a keyword group.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish brightedge would clarify some of their metrics and algorithms to determine their scores. For example, what is a Blended Rank and how is that determined? For SEO professionals, it is important to know the factors that brightedge considers to come up with a blended rank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the most important, all-round SEO needs and general SEO maintenance. Brightedge allows marketing professionals to get insights into technical and non-technical (content) SEO performance. Some of the benefits I've realized are on the keyword tracking front. Brightedge gives users a downloadable list of all ranked keywords for your website for Page 1, 2 and 3, as well as changes to the blended rank of those keywords month over month. You can see which keywords have slipped in ranking, as well as those which have seen improved rankings, and at times you can map that to certain content pieces that have been developed that use those keywords.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd say that you should definitely go for it if you have growing SEO needs and a growing team of SEO employees. Brightedge offers fantastic support with friendly customer service who want your business to succeed. With Brightedge, there are capabilities that can be solved which can't be solved by other SEO tools using features like share of voice and data cube. One of my personal favorite tools is keyword rankings which shows the number of keywords that are ranked every month on Page 1, 2 and 3 and it shows how it changes MoM.
