Basic overview of 2022 SEO strategies to consider
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed learning about how BrightEsge can be incorporated into other task manager platforms. Also, the Q&A and open discussion at the end was insightful
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt as though the core topic of the webinar was too broad. It's good to know that SEO is being prioritized, but more tips on how to get an edge would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is trying to generate wider exposure to new customers/buyers/players within our industry. We have just started, but we're realizing we are lacking blog content to help establish an authoritative voice.

What do you like best about the product?
The different ways one can view numbers. Different dashboards, task manager to keep up to date on what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I learn more by someone showing me directly, sitting with me — and that's not possible in this format, but I don't know of a way to solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team (I am a very tiny part of it, our SEO does fantastic work) has seem traffic increase on our site in the specific service lines we target.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend the time to fully learn the dashboard and its functions — there's so much there that can be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The support that BrightEdge offers is outstanding. BrightEdge is constantly offering ongoing education to best import ever our SEO strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside for me to BrightEdge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With BrightEdge we are actively improving the content on our website which increases the number of visitors to our site to get new members.

Working with knowledgeable success manager and very helpful webinar sessions

None so far but it's more helpful if new functionality or training materials can be communicated frequently via email

Dashboard is a time saving tools for my team and my organization
Great support and insights and tools to make everything very easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Our managed services team is great to work with. Our bi weekly meetings are very helpful. The bright edge platform is easy to use and helps out a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. I do wish things wouldn't take so long to load but that's not that big of a deal for me.

Optimizing a lot of pages. Content generating. Help from managed services

What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need to be a successful SEO is in BrightEdge. Tools like data cube provide a lot of insight and allow me to get information in one place and not have to go to different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was trying to convince the people in my current company to get BrightEdge. Any help is appreciated. More help creating dashboards and more flexibility to making custom dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to check competitor information and gaps. This is a big one. being able to view keyword groups and pages groups easily helps me determine next steps. The content tool is great for making sure your content is optimized.
Brightedge is great, all the support I have ever needed and executed in a timely manner.

Constant development of Brightedge tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I am unable to become a power user due to only me functioning the platform.

Competitors ranking and how our company should combat that.

It's a solid product that doesn't end at the actual tool, there are people behind it, ready to support you.
Insight for internal and external marketing strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Brightedge provides insights to share of voice, keywords, performance recommendations, and ad buy opportunities. It helps our team collaborate, set goals, and track our market position. We have bimonthly calls with our awesome rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function isn't a great tool, and while there are strong filters, the dashboard isn't so intuitive that they're easy to find. We're always learning something new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Market share, meta data analysis, site organization and performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the service is to use and how many features that it also as to offer. I also really enjoy having the CSM available to help with all questions and give more tips & tricks!

Nothing that I can think of. I love how easy this platform is to use.

Site errors are super easy to spot. I love that we can run a site crawl to spot and fix these.
Very informative and easy to understand.

The instant research function is very helpful. I also get a lot from working with iur rep to understand the software.

Sometimes there are just so many functions, I forget what does what...
