What do you like best about the product?
The platform is always expanding and improving. They are always seeking ways to add more benefits. Hence why we've been a customer for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is fairly technical and tricky to follow. I wish there was some more training options when first starting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEO optimization, keyword research, website optimization, content hosting (for our blog and learning center).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will take some time to set up and manage this tool, but it's great for those who want to get to the nitty-gritty of SEO, not to mention all of the benefits that they provide with BrightEdge Autopilot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love doing keyword research with Bright Edge, especially the new tool Instant! It gives a lot of insights into each keyword and help deliver the best results to clinets
What do you dislike about the product?
That not all websites can be crawled by Bright Edge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly identifying the right keywords for clients. Finding technical issues such as 404 are extremely helpful to maintain healthy website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fix some crawling issues to be able to crawl all website

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use Site Audit to improve our websites Core Web Vitals scores.
BrightEdge Data cube makes it so easy for our writers to identify areas for improving page ranking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could provide more extensive optimization recommendations across the digital landscape, such as optimizing LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Could providing a scorecard of how the site ranks across the digital landscape.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving page rank to drive more traffic which ultimately results in more customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Data Cube is my favorite as an overview of the search landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Share of Voice kept keyword data from before just the past week or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do reporting for our clients and make recommendations largely based on BrightEdge data.

Great principle, but lack of tool flexibility hinders tool

What do you like best about the product?
Competitor insights and tables really useful and the ability to monitor URL changes over time. The ability to see ranking keywords for a URL and the content mapping/review tool is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited ability to manipulate data in the tool. Various parts of the data are locked behind separate tools which makes it difficult to pull together a full vision of performance and rankings across URLs and Keywords. Limited ability to export and manipulate data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for keyword, demand and competitor monitoring. Used to identify opportunities around keywords and URLs as well as monitor activity against various changes

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, quick way to build and share dashboards with clients, integrates into Google API
What do you dislike about the product?
DataCube, a feature that allows you to see all keywords ranking, only updates once a month. Would be great if this was more frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge helps me uncover how my site is performing across keywords, keyword groups and landing pages. I can see how certain keywords trend over time in search demand and rank, and I can uncover how new parts of a site are performing (i.e. new content hub).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Expensive keyword tracking tool, but worth the price with the extra bells and whistles

What do you like best about the product?
It monitors the overall health of our site and give amazing recommendations for new content. It also lets us see what our competitors are doing so that we can optimize our content and site structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about it. The support is top notch and it gives me all of the data my team needs to make a good decision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us optimize our site for AI consumption and for creating new content.

What do you like best about the product?
Enjoy weekly calls with our rep to review our keyword performance and what reccomendations are available. We have seen our search results increase as a result.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software takes time to get to know and it's easier to learn by doing, adding keywords, page groups, etc.

Page 1 results, and SEO keyword searches on Google

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for those who aren't SEO nerds is probably the best aspect - users can simply ask questions and get answers through intuitive nav and reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge dislike, but i dislike the pricing by keyword (and competitor) - it would be nice to pay a flat rate for unlimited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated toolset for one - although Excel is still in rotation, BE has enabled us to consolidate from a bunch of 1-off tools
