What do you like best about the product?
Webinars are really great. Constistency is key to assist with learning software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Digital training is a bit a-typical mindset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is too reliant on people who can read well. There needs to be additional support for low comprehension reading.

What do you like best about the product?
Our accout reps meet with us twice a month to review our account and that is very helpful. The platform has a ton of information. Ample training is provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a lot of time to address all recommendations

It is helping us address all aspects of our SEO program.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for businesses to stay on top. I love Brightedge
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that BrightEdge would supply ADA testing reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding simple but major edits to our site. Such as missing titles, tags etc...just created a new dashboard and looking forward to results

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can track keywords so I know what kind of content people are looking for. I also enjoy the emails about which of my website's articles are gaining traction on Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the BrightEdge numbers don't match what's in Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge allows my team to assign projects, such as missing SEO titles and duplicate titles.

What do you like best about the product?
The DataCube is the most helpful tool I have found so far. Being able to see how we compare to our direct competitors and see where the differences lay is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am new to bright edge and have not done an official training. It is a daunting program and not super intuitive to someone new to the SEO world with a very limited overview of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is showing us where we are falling flat on SEO and what keywords we are missing out on. Showing us what keywords our competitors are winning with is helping us focus on building our SEO.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing team of 1, BrightEdge has saved me a lot of time managing my SEO responsibilities. I really appreciate my client success manager. The ongoing support is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is quite high, but you get what you pay for. BrightEdge is constantly evolving and the Autopilot services and AI justify the spend.

Guiding me to know what to prioritize in regards to SEO.
