Building a strong SEO program on the client side as an in-house capability
BrightEdge is a great tool and partner to improve our SEO
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different tools available from on page SEO to technical review. I also like the unlimited users feature. Having a dedicated team who is available to help with our opportunities and issues is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think remembering where all the reports live is the biggest hurdle in learning BrightEdge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is pretty short staffed at the moment so having the BrightEdge team as an extension is very valuable.
Incredible platform for companies big or small
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing manager on a small team of 3 Brightedge helps me to easily access all of the important data I need to create informed content and seo decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see more integration into HubSpot! As the leading CME/CRM to not have to go back and forth between the platforms would be great. Just one source of truth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our site error free with the site audit is a huge help. I don't have the bandwidth to do that, so that's helpful. Also competitor data and great to be able to review.

Some of the dashboards aren't as flexible as we would like

Because BE is such a huge platform, not user friendly

The keyword tracking performance. This allows us to track which keywords are being used the most and help us find keyword opportunities

I like Data Cube and how we can have in real-time results, and also now we can cross the information from core vitals and technical aspects. There are a lot of data we can extract from it

There are some elements we cannot work with the API

I don’t have any dislikes or complaints. The platform continues to consistently meet and exceed my expectations.

BrightEdge provides a great number of ways to support content creation. It helps identify opportunities where there might be gaps. Also makes recommendations while even assisting in the creation of written content.
