What do you like best about the product?
I love the share of voice and keyword performance aspect of the site. Our team is building our SEO so it's important to see how we are ranking and find ways to imporove. We are utilizing the site audit that shows us where meta data is needed as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, we are fairly new to the platform and finding all this data is beneficial. We are using the brightedge that is helping us rank on google which we love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our ranking issue. We are in the rug industry so it is highly competitive. Brightedge shows us where we can improve. We are looking to understand those numbers more but our reps have been beneficial.

The latest AI technologies within the Content Advisor tool help keep our content fresh.

The lack of content optimization tools that competitors like SEMRush offer.

Using the Search Generative Experience reporting helps us know how saturated our presence is within key searches.

Nothing, I felt like it was very quick, informative, and to the point.

Saves time for a small team
What do you like best about the product?
This synthisizes research that would take many platforms and hours of time. I love how it can prioritize my work. I like that groupings are non-exclusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some very small UX gripes, but overall very easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge can make quick work of where to spend my time. Marketers still need to create their own content, which is resource-intense. But with BE, at least I can very easily tell those team members what's most important to work on next.
Great platform and one-on-one service
What do you like best about the product?
Having regular meetings with your customer success manager is extremely helpful to touch base on your goals and get guidance on where to go next.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform is very intuitive, but with all of the bells and whistles it can be very overwhelming, which can lead to paralysis by analysis. They also focus more so on commerce, which is hard to translate to higher education.
It would also be helpful tif your customer success manager is more hands on. Currently, it feels like we just talk about things and don't implement action. When I do ask ask for guidance, the typical response is "it depends" so I get off the call with no direction.

BrightEdge is leading the way in keyword research with the DataCube. It takes a lot of the leg work out for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like copilot. It is accurate and saves time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I often have different sections of BE open in different tabs. It gets a little crazy which makes it hard for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me pick the correct keyword to optimize for. We rank well for some of our blogs and infographics.
