BE is a great tool

Instant module, competitive analysis, content advisor

Recommendations as they are not always doable

What do you like best about the product?
DataCube is awesome. I also like that there are ways to customize competitors and track their basic stats as well in comparison to you. I also love that the tools are robust, varied, and incredibly in-depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest issue with BrightEdge is actually the learning curve. While I'm really happy we have a team member to help us week to week, without them to guide us where we need to go, it would be difficult to know where to go and how to use it with just the knowledgebase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an issue with ranking content. Easy enough, right? We need more of our content to rank on search engines. I find that it's been very effective in helping us not only rank but see where the holes are so we can take advantage of low-hanging fruit (and high-hanging, for that matter).

Keyword groups and tracking rank over time, share of voice, and filtering in Datacube by unlimited filters makes data easy to access

Not able to customize colors in share of voice charts to match our company colors vs competitors and their colors

Love the keyword tracking within the program. Also love the keyword groups

Wish that the platform had a better UI UX feel

The introduction to the platform and the continued bi-weekly support is great and important to the onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a big business such as the one I work in, sometimes dev tool implementation can take time. Extra programs, all though free, may not always be implemented right away. Sometimes these teams from brightedge can be a bit pushy to get these tools in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Competitor research has been the most robust tool I've used in my SEO experience.

Being a one person team, I love the ease and flexibility that comes with the platform. My account manager is AMAZING!

It was a big learning curve & during that process I wish there was a way to learn it in more "dumbed" down terms.

BrightEdge has allowed us to skyrocket on Google Search Results overall driving our team to create bigger goals and provide the best user experience.
