What do you like best about the product?
Gives good keyword ranking data and sets up automation for audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the audits are invalid and duplicate results incorrectly flagged.

DataCube. Hands down! Love the insights it gives. Plus the great customer service.

The opportunity forecasting doesn't quite make much sense.

The BE team has helped with so many things from migration, to technical SEO errors and all in all just a good source to go to.
So many interesting features, including Data Cube and being able to easily view keyword gaps

Not all features available all the time. I remember when AutoPilot was not available for my company.

SEO needs to automate or else fall behind in terms of time suck.

I like how easy the navigation is for the platform. It is superful helpful to do research for clients.

The training videos could have more details. I run into a few issues looking for how to's and cannot find what I am looking for .

It is solving how to looking clients brands as well as their competitors and how to improve on this.

BrightEdge the best marketing tool for SEO
What do you like best about the product?
It is excellent as it has a visually appealing interface. It is used to diagnose market tracking and monitoring solutions that improve advertising and ensure the accuracy of fluid marketing mechanisms focused on SEO requirements. It is fantastic in the sense that it can connect to any gadget. BrightEdge is a great CMS-based application that provides us with the metrics, features and analytics we need to market digital content and drive business through various e-commerce channels.

The software has many advantages that make us not focus on negative aspects; it is highly convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using BrightEdge to raise the company's profile in the global online business and economic communities. This is incredible, as all the SEO objectives have been met, and the program has been an excellent success for the company. I think it's a great program, and I hope many of my co-workers end up using it because it has many useful features to promote companies and increase brand awareness.

I love that it combines a lot of SEO tools into one. They are on the cutting edge and really doing their research on AI and all of the latest updates in SEO overall.

Competitor tracking could be more robust

BrightEdge allows us to run lean on people to do this work because it saves so much time for us! We've improved our search engine rankings in high-value key words. We've improved our Share of Voice in industry relevant keywords.

Data cube feature is always the go to when I need keyword research, or needing to look up the page I work on, or even competitor research.
it provides search volume, what universal listing the keyword can be rank for, suggested long tail keyword, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Instant, it's like-dislike combine feeling I have for this tool because they don't always work well especially data around performece and CWV - dislike. However, there are more features, I.e. bulk keyword volume, they works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use universal result and find gaps for other areas we can rank for. By the information, you can expend not only content types to create but also what schemas you can apply for the page.

Keyword searching is super easy and the page recommendations are also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I don't like about BE.
