BrightEdge Meets SEO Needs
What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge helps break down analytics and trends in a unique way to highlight the needs of your business or organization. They also provide webinars and one on one meetings to find ways to further your marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many! The interface can be a bit overwhelming at first glance but BrightEdge provides ways to walk you through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what competition we have and what hashtags are helping our efforts the most.

I enjoy all the knowledge and insights BrightEdge shares with its customers regularly to help them get ahead in the market. The BrightEdge platform is an all-in-one SEO solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution can be expensive, but it's worth the investment and time. There's nothing I dislike about BrightEdge. I have used BrightEdge in the last two organisations I've worked with

BrightEdge is helping us to understand our position in the market better. These insights are helping me advise the team on critical decisions. Using BrightEdge data has helped to make informed decisions, leading to increased performance.
Very expansive SEO application

The ability to update easily and pull analytics.

The lack of onboarding process as a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving: Increasing our web search presence.

Identifying valuable competitor keywords has never been easier. This has helped identify keywords to implement across our content strategy.

Always someone from BrightEdge available to help.

Less tools and data than competitors like SEORush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

Keyword research and keywork tracking is important and BrightEdge works for that.

Bland GUI. It is just a personal preference. I would like a dark mode.

BrightEdge is solving the unknown issue of how our site is preforming. It overloads us with vital information that help us make sound decisions

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge provides powerful tools to optimize new and existing content for search, including AI-assisted content advice to maximize productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrightEdge is a very robust toolset, and it takes time and practice to master everything. New users can require quite a bit of handholding to get started, but it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge helps me find the most relevant and impactful keywords to use for my target audience. How do they phrase things? How should I adjust my voice to match theirs? It also saves me a lot of time on competitor research and content planning.
Useful SEO data
What do you like best about the product?
I am just starting to use Brightedge for my company but it is very helpful with the site crawl information to allow us to improve SEO on all of the brands sites efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I have come to dislike yet but maybe some more on-site tutorials or tips? Although I have not fully explored all the suggestions that were mentioned in the very useful webinar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me learn more about SEO in general, and allows me and my company to have useful insight to improving the brands overall SEO and website content across all sites and languages.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the dashboard tools and the customized reporting I can send stake holders. Also love the level of data you can find to narrow strategy down to your target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that it was stronger in direct traffic data and conversion related data. Internally we are a lot about bridging the gap between which keywords/landing pages are driving the best ROI in SEO work.

One recent challenge BrightEdge is helping to solve is creating an organic traffic scorecard for our current clients to identify the best opportunities to partner with them for SEO/website performance.
