Great presentation
What do you like best about the product?
Automated settings you can program. How it can connect to other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We are still learning and liking the program so far.

Greatly improving our SEO organic word search.

Data isn't always reliable - different view, different look back dates and search volume doesn't update as much as I would find helpful

Better view of market and understanding wants and needs of customers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability of dashboards and analysis by keyword groups and page groups. Bright edge also has a wealth of data history in their data cube, and the comparisons with competitors' pages is quite insightful to pinpoint where we're losing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our site has a Magenta cart, and the revenue attributed to our site goes to the cart subdomain in the Google Analytics hostname report, which is how BE shows the page level revenue data. This prevents us from viewing revenue (and forecasting potential revenue gains) from the BE recommendations. BE tech team hasn't been able to offer a solution to that yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge is allowing us to better benchmark competitors that have grabbed significant share of our organic clicks in recent months. The side by side comparison of on page content and metadata helps a lot.

Brightedge helps with everything we do in the SEO department from research, to technical audits and reporting
BrightEdge is the most important SEO tool in my box for starting a site from scratch.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have BrightEdge crawl the site and find errors and make recommendations. When building a new site, being able to quickly learn if you're missing titles or descriptions is invaluable. So many times you are copy and pasting and mistakes can be made. This is just an extra layer of protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used BrightEdge for over 3 years... I can easily say there isn't anything I don't like. They keep adding new features and making it easier for SEOs to do the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having help with data interpretation is huge for me. I'm a one person SEO team. This software automates some of those tasks and makes it easier for me to stay ahead.

The ability to compare our site, and pages on our site to that of our competitors.

Sometimes hard to navigate the different menus and find the features I'm looking for.

Helps us to discover what customers are searching for and make sure they are being directed to our pages for their answers.
It is a great tool with lots of options to help SEO, as well as getting a SEO professional.

LEM helps so much! Datacube is the best keyword research tool. Also having a BE SEO Professional help you along the way.

I wish our team was larger to be able to assign more tasks to people. We aren't able to use all the benefits.

The site structure helps us figure out problems with our site, as well as boosting our SEO.
