What do you like best about the product?
Great platform for businesses and industries to track SEOs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a complex platform that requires a dedicated person on your team to monitor and track SEO data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, analytics and knowing where our organization is stacked against our competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Keyword tracking, event building, audit recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish our license allowed for more tracking across all member firms but I assume that's an us issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often compete against other member firms in our own company and this allows us to separate.

Limited conversion events available only 5 from Adobe Analytics. Should be increased.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way, I can build dashboards based on the tracked keywords I put into the tool. Marketing insights new fracture and Anomaly detections to track technical issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I will like to get an estimate revenue per keywords

Comparing our site vs competitors and identify gaps of content opportunities, including technical SEO aspects we new to address in our tasks

What do you like best about the product?
How many different ways it could be used. There's no one way to grab/look at the functions given.
What do you dislike about the product?
The same as the best way, it's also sometimes hard looking at the data or the functions and using all of it. Especially in my role when we focus more on web updates and not SEO. SEO is a base line to help us create content as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge is helping us solve the problem of content creation. We have tons of users, but finding out what content they want to see next is the hardest part. BrightEdge helped us pull our data along with competitors data to help with what will work in the future to stay competitive and create the right content.

What do you like best about the product?
I am still learning the tool, and recently met with Natalie Corkos who is introducing the tool to me, I believe that this tool will be extremely helpful for me as my career begins, as I just graduated December 2022. Can't wait to use it more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, I haven't had too much time in the tooo due to me just being introduced to it, I really enjoy the training sessions we have been conducting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful for understanding SEO process and what exactly is being influenced by it on our webpage, I can easily identify how to understand when this tool is useful

What do you like best about the product?
Our Brightedge Enterprise partners are supportive of our SEO business goals. They are always willing to lend a hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am more experienced with SEMRush, so learning Brightedge has been a challenge and is less intuitive for me. There also doesn't seem to be apples to apples feature comparisons from SEMRush to Brightedge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me conduct keyword and ranking research, enhance my content with suggestions, and create SEO page reports.

The rankings! We love to see what SEO words are ranking highest and utilize them in our digital strategy.

Nothing! BrightEdge lays out all information needed and provides knowledgeable reps to ensure continued success.

Make Reporting and Analysis More Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Trended reporting that allows practitioners to drill down to rich information that provides directional recommendations and contextual information such as top ranking sites attributes. The visual, trended reporting is a differentiator!
What do you dislike about the product?
Backlinking data and information is sparse. Also, would love to see search console data such as CTR integrated into the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting as basis for deeper analysis. I read through recommendations but have found they are based on standard best practices without context around sites that rank, for instance.
