Great to understand the SEO recommendations
What do you like best about the product?
Bright edge portable where we are able to see the report to optimize our site

BrightEdge is a powerful and in-depth tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of tools BrightEdge has to offer. It allows me to do research in many different ways that help me make decisions for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find the dashboards section very overwhelming and involve a lot of components that don't always make sense to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Racking checks, client performance, troubleshooting client performance over time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrightEdge is the ease of using the platform. Tracking certain keywords to see how we are ranking and what areas to focus on. I really like the quick wins section to see what tweaks we can make to help our SEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing I can think of that I don't like about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a small team, it's hard to figure out what is most important to focus on and BrightEdge really helps with time management by suggesting updates to make in order to increase our visibility in search engines.

I like the reports that Brightedge offers. They provide webinars, customer service is fantastic. I have learned a lot about SEO since using them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if the keyword suggestions is super helpful. I take the advice given but also use my own search intent to see what others are doing by searching Google manually (outside of brightedge).

What do you like best about the product?
The support and new features are continually being added. Their employees are ready to assist and recommend a direction and will advise on the "How to".

The learning curve to use this tool effectively is considerable, even with strong Search Data Knowledge.
