Our rep (Rachel) has been extremely helpful in guiding us through the process.
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to see what we should focus on first in marking up our pages. Also the access to an expert as we have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're just a bit overwhelmed by the amount of info but that's a positive negative. I think the oldest thing is that keyword management is in settings. It seems more intuitive to put it in research or action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are very limited on staff and Brightedge provides the tools and support to help us to easily monitor and improve our SEO.

What do you like best about the product?
these meetings are amazing they are so helpful they prepare me for what's to come in 2025!

The price is a lot more than I'd like it to be.

We've been enhancing all of our websites, and we're eagerly anticipating the positive outcomes these changes will bring in 2025!

Extremely Powerful SEO Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Brightedge does it all SEO-wise. Keyword research, page recommendations, competitive analysis, site health audits. It's helped me increase my company's average by 10 ranks over the past year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brightedge is an extremely powerful tool, but it is a complicated one. We have an account manager who helps us use the platform and meets with us biweekly, but there's still a lot to learn and remember.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brightedge is basically an all-in-one SEO booster. It helps me to manage my page content, my site health, and implement schema, all while recommending keywords, quality backlinks and competitive analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
The best is their CS - in particular our CSM Kathleen who goes above and beyond to keep us organized on the platform and continuing to gain value.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much you can do that it can be hard to figure out where to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us focus on the best areas to improve to grow our organic traffic. It shows us the most important things we can do every week to see a big impact.
SEO Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
A lot actually. But the top may be the ability to optimize content and keywords without worrying about duplicating it on other pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could provide suggested content to change to, not just suggested places to change it. Like, rewrite paragraphs as needed, and be accurate for our topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autopilot links and privacy policy are a huge help. Suggested changes for quick wins are huge too.

What do you like best about the product?
Content Research Tool is very convenient for doing research, definitely like it. Content Advisor is another helpful feature which makes the process of generating briefs for copy writers quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a content checker/ writing assistant similar to what other SEO tools offer. Basically, it allows to upload the article and check it for SEO requirements before publishing.

Positive experience with Brightedge
What do you like best about the product?
Customer care from the Brightedge team is wonderful. Helped build dashboards, understanding data cube and all the resources within Brightedge. Very happy with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any parts that I dislike about Brightedge. I am still building out the foundational features for our website and reworking our keyword grouping based on search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing linking and keyword grouping are an areas we wanted to explore more. SEO is an area of focus for our team, and switching over to Brightedge has been a positive experience.
Informative Platform
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of different things you can do with BrightEdge. Our CSM is very supportive and helps us whenever we need it.

Because there are a lot of features, it becomes confusing at times when you are clicking through the platform.

BrightEdge helps us track keywords and stay up to date on our rankings and URLs.
Great platform. Even if you are not an SEO expert. It helps you create and implement your strategy.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps you define and implement your strategy and have multiple team members involved without overstepping the tasks. It is a little complicated at the beginning but after a couple of months you start seeing the benefits of all the setup work that need to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process is not clear. Personally, I had a very bad experience with this process. We had multiple people involved and they never really explain to us how complicated was the setup.

Google positioning. We were able to work as a team and get more things done . We are getting more traffic after 6 months and that means more organic web leads.
