Best tool to manage video content
What do you like best about the product?
Brightedge is a brilliant tool to manage the video content, I have been extensively using it to manage my company's video content. Trust me its the best tool availaible in the market to easily manage the video content and it has an edge over its competitors. Their customer support team is always availaible to help in times of queries regarding the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the features in brightedge are easy to handle so yeah no dislike about the tool as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brightedge solves video content management to a very high level due to its simple to handle features. I have been using brightedge to manage my company's video content on a frequent basis.

The platform allows you to advance at your pace and your comfort level with a great team to guide you throughout the process

What do you like best about the product?
It's been super helpful in identifying our strengths, weaknesses, and allows use to easily make improvements. Also, love that it's constantly adapting and improving, which will continue to help us pave the way with our SEO and content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user interface seems a bit clunky, but at the same time there is a lot of different information to display. There are certain aspects I would change, but once you get used to it, it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying areas to improve and help us when we are revamping current pages and plan future endeavors for our site.
Excellent customer service and innovative features
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest pro to brightedge is the customer service. Out customer success manager who works with us is very involved with the majority of our SEO efforts and often provides great insight on how we can achieve our goals. Brightedge's swift efforts to adopt generative AI has made the platform way more robust than other SEO tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The backlink tool could be better. It isn't as robust as other seo platforms.

Brightedge helps with keyword research, content planning & writing and website optimization
Good Service Reps and Good Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Our rep is very nice. He makes sure we are comfortable and knowledgeable about all the features.

Sometimes they don't think about aesthetics when suggesting website changes to generate better SEO authority.

They are helping us look at what we rank for and how best to grow those rankings.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge has helped me and my team determine which aspects of the website we need to work on for better SEO, as well as better brainstorm content creation.

Transitionng to new reps after building a relationship over time.

We are are using BightEdge to help see how our keywords are ranking, monitor how we are doing against our competitors, and get recommendations for better SEO throughout our website
Brightedge is an Invaluable Team Member
What do you like best about the product?
Brightedge does a lot of the heavy lifting for our SEO program without the need for an SEO expert on staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to use a Likert style format to tell Brightedge which pages are a priority for us.

Researching the keywords we should be using and offering suggestions for ways to improve our ranking for those keywords.

Easy to use interface with tools that are helpful for keyword research, new Gen AI tools

Step by step tutorials for the various tools in the UI would be a nice addition so we could take advantage of all the tools not just a handful

I have been enjoying DataCube X to compare two different web pages and their performance.

I wish it didn't log me out so quickly and would let me be idle in other tabs for a bit longer.
