BrightEdge helps us to quickly determine the keywords and content we should focus on, instead of spending hours scrolling through options without a clear idea of what would work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit overwhelming at first. With training and overall use, it gets easier and then becomes second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interface for optimizing content is great, explaining the 'why' behind decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about BrightEdge is the ability to show us where our companies are currently performing organically as well as across LLM platforms. The features I have found most useful so far are the AI prompt generation tool and Data Cube X.

There aren't anythings I dislike about using BrightEdge.

The problem BrightEdge is allowing our company to solve, is increasing the performance of the current organic ranking and how performance across multiple LLM platforms.

The support is amazing. The platform is great, no doubt, but the hand-holding we've received has been irreplaceable. It's so easy to use and was no problem to implement. We use it every week.

Sometimes the navigation can be a bit quirky.
