BrightEdge Keeps Innovating with Powerful New AI Monitoring Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using BrightEdge at every company I’ve worked at the past 12 years. They are always innovating and adding new features. Super impressed with how quickly they’ve been able to add new tools to monitor our presence in AI chat platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to BrightEdge is the price. It’s definitely an enterprise tool and not for small businesses or individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having BrightEdge is like having a part-time SEO consultant in addition to the impressive tool. Our rep meets with each of our various website owners and helps them run their SEO programs. That’s a huge relief for me. The software itself helps me teach SEO performance and identify issues that may be impacting us. Their AI-enabled SERP analysis is extremely valuable and time-saving.

Brightedge’s Outstanding Team Support Supercharges SEO Results
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Brightedge is the team support you have around the tools they have built. Brightedge has a great system that instantly improves your SEO and AEOS, however it is truly the team members that walk you through using the tool, talk you through SEO strategy, and support your organization's goals that set them apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest improvement Brightedge can currentky make is the AI/content suggestions. While they are usaually very close, suggestions aren’t always nuanced enough for competitive, industry-specific positioning, especially in technical sectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brightedge has revived our SEO precence, increased our page 1 keyword presence by over 1300%, and helped us land over $20M worth of work just from organic search results.
Marketing Specialist
What do you like best about the product?
UI / UX: I believe the user interface is extremely easy to navigate and very self-explanatory. Navigating between different pages, especially between multiple domains, is rather straightforward.
Integrations: I have integrated several domains into our GA4 and GSC accounts with no problems and have found this to reduce my tasks in those other tools.
Performance: Never really noticed a problem with the site's performance; it is responsive when it matters, and "heavier workloads" do not feel that heavy.
Pricing / ROI: I think the price point is good for the return we see.
Support / Onboarding: Gosh, where do I even begin? Sarah James has been the best possible Customer Success Manager (CSM) I could ask for. Her ability to make me understand complex SEO/AIO terms and techniques is unmatched.
Additionally, her ideas/suggestions on how to improve our current content have been extremely beneficial; she really ensures that we are getting the most out of what we have.
Not only does she improve current content, but she is also an endless well when it comes to suggesting new ideas as well. She brings a refreshing take to sometimes a rather "dull" piece of content (Our content, not BE's)
Her responsiveness to emails and our requests is fast and fluid, and she does a great job of making sure we are updated with the latest news on our requests, too.
Our meeting with Sarah is the ONLY meeting on my Teams calendar that I look forward to. The positive energy she radiates is really refreshing and is often very much needed.
AI / Intelligence: The AI tool that I use the most is "Content Advisor" and I thoroughly enjoy it. It makes creating long-form content so much easier and often populates ideas or keywords that I may not think of. I know it has also impressed our applications engineer as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely do not think that there is a specific or recurring pain point that BrightEdge has ever given me. Which is rare, because usually I find something to complain about everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say that Brightedge is helping to solve/benefit a multitude of areas, including keyword recommendations, data cube X, share of voice, and recommendations to improve our preferred landing pages. It really is a cover-all solution to a lot of things.
High-Quality BrightEdge Webinar with Actionable Tips for Content Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Our content strategy team is just getting started with BrightEdge, but I just attended the webinar Optimizing for AI Agents: What Marketers Need to Know About Crawl Behavior and am floored by the high-quality of the presentation, information presented and tips/examples listed. Our Content Strategy team already has an idea of how we'll be implementing BrightEdge into our content creation plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only started using BrightEdge so right now I have no complaints as of now, other than there's so much to see that I want to look at and not enough hours in the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're going to be using BrightEdge to optimize our midyear and annual meeting page content for optimizing our page headers and content for SEO best practices, as well as running regular content audits and updates for our flagship site. We'll also be implementing some of the AI bot suggestions we learned in today's webinar.
BrightEdge’s Data Cube and Support Make SEO Research Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using BrightEdge for the past eight years for our hospital’s website. Our customer service representative supports us and guides us on the best SEO practices for our site. The Data Cube is a great research tool that lets me review our keywords and see what my competitors are doing with their keyword rankings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it allowed me to follow more than just three competitors websites. If I could follow more, I would be able to do more in-depth gap analysis on keywords and content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hospitals in California have been advised not to use Google Analytics since January 2025. BrightEdge has helped me still to rank our website and stay on top of our SEO rankings.

Bright edge: AEO/GEO/SEO made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The meetings with our customer success manager Ian T. Is always super informative and he helps give us actionable insights. Diving into the bright edge platform makes it easy to manage Seo campaigns and now AI catalyst helps move it a step further.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are too helpful. I don’t know what to do with my free time now that I don’t have to struggle with seo or research all the updates with Ai. They stay on top of that and help us make informed decisions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing Seo campaigns
Powerful SEO Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrightEdge has many features. I don't even know all of the features yet, but it's a very knowledgeable tool and good for me as a content producer to use. It's helpful for inspiration and tracking content. The features I use the most are page reporting, keyword reports, and DataCube X for researching keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading time is quite slow, so sometimes you have to be patient when using it. It sometimes chooses kinda weird dates and, like, how many days back and forth it shows the stats work, and you don't have that much control over all the data. I don't really understand the AI prompts features yet. I think that's a little bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge helps me find good keywords for my content and track its ranking on search engines. We're also starting to use it to see content rankings on LLMs.
BrightEdge AI Catalyst Icreased Our LLM Citations
What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge's AI Catalyst function has helped me increase LLM citations to my organization's website by double-digit margins.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, BrightEdge's functions work off of Bing Webmaster or Google Analytics, which is specifically difficult for my organization as I don't have admin access to those tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge is helping my company navigate the dawn of the AI era, successfully helping us buoy traffic and figure out what's going on amidst significant changes in how searches operate.
