Riverside has made our workflow SO FAST and efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside allows BEDLAM to collaborate long-distance in real time, with high quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are trying to figure out how we can edit a video at the same time from different locations. Our next session, we will screen share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create high-quality content remotely!
Useful tool that just works
What do you like best about the product?
I use Riverside.fm for remote video recording. It's such a useful tool that simply works. When things have gone wrong, support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes guests have trouble connecting but that is almost always user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside.fm lets me record high quality video remotely for my clients.
Game changer for interviewing guests from developing countries with slow internet connection!
What do you like best about the product?
I have guests from multiple countries. Some of them do not have reliable internet connexion. I used Zoom before and the audio and video were not synced and it was not recoverable. With Riverside, all of that worries and issues are gone! Even if the guests come and go, I can use the aligned audios and videos when doing post-production and my videos are golden, like nothing happened.
What do you dislike about the product?
- I would like it more if Riverside can be accessed with all browser. I had a guest who downloaded Chrome just so that he can talk to me on Riverside, and that took a lot of time since he was based in Madagascar!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside allows me to interview guests without worrying about the quality of their internet connexion.

The platform consistently rolls out new features and updates, ensuring it stays ahead of the curve. The explainer videos that accompany each update are incredibly helpful, making it easy to understand and implement new tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are only premium - but get teased as for all in the videos. I have a premium account and would still need to increase my subs to get everything.

Seamless UI/UX. Stupid simple to use. Highest production quality. Just too easy.

local recording, control over the studio experience. manage the guest settings to an extent. full quality. AI enhancements help shorten the post production. Simple to use. I was setup in minutes (maybe even seconds).
I had an issue with an upload due to connectivity (before I was a paid account plan) the support exceeded expectations and was fast as hell.
I use the product regularly. Weekly might be the longest cadance. I haven't integrated to any other platforms yet, but I imagine the integrations will be as good as the rest of the experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an even larger option of post production utilities so that I can do my full content work within one app. It's not a big obstacle as it hepled me slim down the number of tools I use regularly, but now I'm spoiled and want even fewer.

Great feature-rich podcasting studio and editing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for both myself as a producer as well as the guests has made Riverside a great tool for recording, editing, and publishing my golf podcast, "A Good Walk Spoiled: Adventures in Golf" very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I wish there were some more advanced video editing features like transitions, but it sounds like their product roadmap is already working on these improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes podcast editing and creation a breeze. I can focus on great guests and content, and Riverside.fm makes getting my podcast and YouTube channels live quickly and efficiently.

I have a variety of guests come on my podcast, some of which have no expereince or equipment and the interviews have always been seamless as it's such an easy to use platform and has high quality recoridngs.

I haven't come across a downside as of yet. In general very happy with Riverside.fm

It's such a great platform that I can share with any guests I have on my podcast and know that they will be able to navigate it easily regardless of their experience with it.

I don't really have any dislikes about Riverside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to capture and record quality audio when we're recording with people who live far from us. It solves the issue of audio quality, and recording when we aren't in the same room.
Podcasts Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of use of Riverside.fm. Magic features (key word capture, etc) are great. It was easy to implement and we use it once per week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the challenges have been figuring out how to maximize the use of the rich feature set.
