What do you like best about the product?
Riverside brings the ease and professional approach with a click and a post! Riverside creates promos for social media platforms, transcripts, and did I say user friendly yet? Truly a plus and must have for podcasters!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm impatient so waiting for the export, but that is a me problem :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside creates the perfect platform to host and edit all in one shot!

Ease of Use. Number of Features. Ease of Integration with editing tools. High quality Video & Audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not been able to confirm audio levels are correct during the podcast.

Allows me to create professional quality podcasts for my youtube channel.
The best platform I've used!
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried several platforms for visual podcast interviews and Riverside has been the only one that fits my needs with features compared to pricing. They have everything that I need and not what I don't. They make it easy, instead of overcomplicating everything with too many features and options. But the best part is how I use Riverside as my full production studio virtually and live in person. It's a one stop shop. The multiple cameras are a game changer for me when doing in person interviews!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to stream line everything. No more tripods or camera person or cameras in general. Just use my 4k webcam and my phone for two camera angles and professional sounding and visual content. Videos are transcribed and AI edited clips, so with one interview I can post clips on social, audio for podcast, and transcription to my email list!!
Love using Riverside. All of the features and how it directly integrates into Spotify is incredible.
What do you like best about the product?
The editor, AI magic clips, the transcript editor are amazing tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Spotty desync occasionally and the quality can dip from time to time when recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remotely recording a podcast for YouTube that has quality and an easy to use editor.
Fantastic Solution for High Quality Podcasts and Remote Recording
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it sends a link, if they're on PC it just opens in browser, and if they're on mobile they get a link to instal the app. I also love that no matter what the video quality does during the recording, at the end I have a high quality recording to work with! I can't tell you how many times internet bandwidth issues have ruined great interviews, and made it so I could NOT repurpose them afterwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pay wall for going live, I do understand the nature of the cost of doing something like this, however, it's still my least favourite element.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other platforms like Teams or Zoom have a lot of issues with cameras and bandwidth, riverside has none of these limitations.
I really enjoy using Riverside, its a great experience for my guests & I love all the extra features

I love that it downloads the tracks so quickly and that it uses AI to make teasers for me so quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't worked out the best way to invite guests to record. Sometimes the links haven't worked and I have had to re-send the link

Having everything I need all in one place
Riverside has been an incredible find, so intutive and easy to use.

I love the editing console - especially that by just changing the transcript, you can edit the video.

Sometimes the videos take took long to load though I am still to figure out if that's because of Riverside servers or space in my local computer!

It's allowing me to create high-quality remore interviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside makes recording and promoting a podcast so simple — we record remotely, Riverside is very reliable, has great quality and all the features needed to edit all in one place, including creating clips for social media. It's the best out there hands down, and that's not even mentioning their INCREDIBLE support team and the ridiculous rate at which they're pushing out new features. Honestly, I've lost count of the number of times I've recommended Riverside.fm to those who are starting a podcast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, very little. It's not the cheapest, but for what it provides, you can't argue with the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My podcast co-host and I are in different parts of the country. Riverside allows us to record as if we were in the same room.
Automagic editing is a huge timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily scrub through my transcript to make edits. This is so much faster (and easier on the ears) than scribbling through a video to find the right cut points. Add in background noise reduction and audio normalization, and it just makes my life relatively painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's a love thing with a caveat... the ability to automatically remove dead spaces and filler words (umm...) is huge. I feel bad complaining about something so innovative, but it does sometimes over-correct and strip out words or spaces that feel natural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video quality (love the separate video upload), camera/layout controls, and transcript-editing. These all save lots of time.
