All-in-One Podcasting in Riverside: Record, Edit, Schedule, and Publish with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can do EVERYTHING for my podcast all within one platform. I even set up my Youtube/Spotify/Apple Pods right through Riverside. My sister and I host together, and I can connect two mics and a camera, then record, edit, schedule, and post everything all within Riverside. Literally TYSM. Podcasting used to overwhelm me, but that changed once I found it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I keep making the same few edits to some of the Magic clips, and it doesn’t always apply my settings when it generates new clips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the entire (overwhelming) podcast recording, editing, scheduling, posting etc experience. I can get EVERYTHING I need from auto transcriptions, on screen captions, tons of multi-platform shortform generative clips (perfect for Reels/Tiktok + Shorts, etc). Lots of editing tools. And the AI tools that I use are super effective, like the audio enhancer, and the button to remove pauses, uhm's, etc.
Clean, Easy Recording Platform with Great Audio Quality but lacking Producer Options
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. It’s a very clean platform for recording, and the recording quality is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing platform feels slightly counterintuitive. Ideally, there shoudl be downloadable app that allows you to edit without relying on internet access. I also find it frustrating that I can’t simply add a producer role to a Pro account and instead have to move up to Enterprise to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make a podcast. Ease of recording.
Easy to Use with Superb Video and Sweetened Audio
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The number of features. Definitely the sweetening of audio. The video is also superb
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing functions can be a lil wonky... No green screen ability

Easy-to-Use Podcast Platform with Great Show Notes and Magic Clips
What do you like best about the product?
It a great platform and very easy to use. It does everything for you if you want to have show notes, magic clips etc. I find it a great platform for my podcast
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I dislike anything really. It's a great asset to any business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making podcasting so much easier. With the AI features doing a lot of the heavy lifting, it's really accessible to everyone
Easy to Use, All-in-One Editing With Magic AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm has been very easy to use, even when I’m just looking for answers through a Google search. It often brings me right back to a video that Riverside.fm has provided on the topic, which makes it simple to learn as I go. I also like that there’s a choice of music to use for my opening and closing, and I found it easy to add that music to an episode.
I’ve also found it straightforward to connect to all the platforms once we launch in a week. I even did a “about me” video just so I could get my feet wet and figure everything out. Another cool part is that I can host with Riverside.
I love having only one platform to edit in (and I love all the magic AI features), and I don’t have to do my own edits in Garage Band, which was super confusing. Riverside has it all. I’m super happy to have found Riverside.fm!

Honestly, the only thing I don’t like is my own learning curve, which isn’t a Riverside issue at all—lol!

Honestly, editing feels almost magical and effortless thanks to all the AI features. It even creates magic episodes, which makes it easier for me to promote the show.
Intuitive AI Podcast Editing with Auto Shorts—Great Value for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
I am just beginning with podcasting and many of the tools and resources are very intuitive. Being able to edit with AI is great, and I especially like the automatic shorts that it creates from the podcast to be able to promote the podcast. Great value and resources!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not been frustrated with any features or services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside is a recording software for my podcasts and socials related to the podcast. It saves from normalizing using audacity or another software, those features are all built in!
Effortless Pro Sound, Multi-Angle Recording, and Transcripts in One
What do you like best about the product?
I didn't expect it to be so easy to get professional sound and multiple recording angles, plus a transcript. Super easy to edit as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "magic moments" are usually a hit or miss. more of a miss than a hit. Content wise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a space to record podcasts without having a physical studio, but still having a good sound and doing magic with videos once the recording is done. All in one place
Easy to Use, High-Quality Results with Helpful Suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very high quality, interesting "help" and suggestions

I wish it made it easier to download just the straight transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would have absolutely no idea how to get quality video and audio recordings without a simple, easy-to-use, and easy-to-understand system like Riverside.
High-Quality Video That Beats Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
The video quality is high, especially compared to Zoom, which I think sucks.

very glitchy and alwasy chaning the ui and ux

High-Quality, Consistent Product for Interviews
What do you like best about the product?
The quality and consistency of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm often doing interviews but have others in attendance (producers, reps), I wish there was a way to hide them from my view so I can focus on producing the talent. Some time of "Full Screen" mode for who I can the most about. Sometimes I need to give them framing notes and the way things are currently it's hard for me to see the full frame using the Pin option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing interviews with high end talent that would be harder to get in person. I've interviewed many celebrities and filmmakers using Riverside.
