Saves Me Tons of Time with the Best Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Best customer service, hands down. I love their product—it saves me so much time and makes everything easier.

The features on this platform are fantastic! I love the AI features, such as the social media clips, transcript, etc. Very easy to use! It didn't take much to figure out how to navigate the system. Much better than Zoom or the alternatives. Has made my podcast experience so much more enjoyable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that I don't like about Riverside!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is streamlining my workflow. By helping create social media clips, as well as providing seperate video sources for a more cutomizable post production experience.

It’s easy to use even if you are not tech savvy

Can’t do all the things on the mobile app that you can do on desktop but still amazing

What do you like best about the product?
As the creator and host of Outsider In, Riverside has been a game-changer for my workflow. The audio and video quality are consistently sharp, even when recording remotely, which is essential for guest interviews. I love how simple it is for guests to join—no tech headaches, no friction. The separate track recordings give me flexibility in post, and the reliability lets me focus on the conversation instead of troubleshooting. It’s become a core part of how I produce the show.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not immediately obvious how to do something like add songs. I sometimes have to google it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing my podcast is easy and I can do it from anywhere.

Riverside has so many ways to help you learn about producing a podcast. The YouTube videos are awesome. It also makes it easy to edit your podcast. Even for someone who has no experience.

Honestly, there is nothing to dislike. If I don't know how to do something, it's usually because I haven't looked into the tools they have to solve my problem.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes video editing and pulling clips super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me loads of time editing and clipping my podcast. The time savings alone is well worth it.
Easy for a beginner; Quality for Advanced users.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to navigate, and the in-depth tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to lag when editing which can be frustrating but it still works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of editing. Being able to edit right from the transcript makes editing faster and less that needs to be completed in an external program. This allows for me to produce finished episodes faster.
Great Sound Quality and Flexible Editing with Custom Music in Riverside
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Riverside is that I can add my own music, and the sound quality gets adjusted when I save the final version of my recording. I also like the editing feature that allows me to overdub and re-record any mistakes made during the initial recording of the show.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like about Riverside is the challenge with the volume of the visitors on my show. Last night I recorded a show with a visitor who dialed in and the his volume was not good. We may have to redo the interview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Riverside solves for me is that it lets me record a high-quality show online and still meet my deadlines. Before, I had to spend much more time tweaking the sound and would still end up without an acceptable, high-quality result. Thanks!
Live Streaming quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to record your show and go live at the same time, along with the great AI tools to help with editing and recording during live.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything. It is a wonderful program. The price is great.

Any questions i have had so far that i have emailed to Abel, he has responded right back with the resolution.
