Superior Quality and Effortless Editing with AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the quality is better than most platforms and the editing is very easy especially with the new AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes can't record on the platform because my guests either, can't login and find it challenging or there are other issues that come up.

What do you like best about the product?
Launching a podcast is a big process, so having a platform that simplifies everything has been incredibly valuable. Riverside makes it easy to record high-quality remote interviews with local recordings and separate audio and video tracks, which gives peace of mind that conversations are captured clearly.
What I love most is that it has become a full ecosystem for creators. I can record, edit, and now host my podcast Her Brave Story in one place. Being able to upload and distribute episodes directly to platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube has simplified my workflow tremendously.
The interface is intuitive and feels like a creative space to work in, which makes producing episodes enjoyable rather than stressful. Having recording, editing, hosting, distribution, and analytics all in one place has made producing my podcast much more efficient.

Like any platform with a lot of powerful features, there can be a bit of a learning curve at the beginning when getting familiar with everything available.
That said, the team provides helpful resources and workshops, and support has always been responsive when questions come up. Once the workflow is understood, the platform becomes very straightforward to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside solves one of the biggest challenges in podcasting: producing high-quality remote interviews without complicated technical setups.
As the host of Her Brave Story Podcast, it allows me to record conversations with guests from different locations while maintaining excellent audio and video quality. Having recording, editing, transcription, and hosting all in one place has also simplified my production workflow and saved a significant amount of time.

Effortless Editing and Smooth Social Media Management with Riverside
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use! I have been using Riverside for years and never any glitches, edits in minutes, and makes managing social media a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick, I would say the Co-Creator doesn't always give me what I need, but that is such a niche thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I had to record in Zoom and then edit in other software, and then host in another area. Riverside allows for all of that in one, while giving me more options for social media and allowing me to expand if I so choose. There is no limit I have found to Riverside, from transcription to live streaming to hosting webinars. All works smoothly!
Easy All-in-One Podcast Recording, Editing, and Posting That Streamlined My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed the easy to use recording options to kick start my podcast and creator journey. Once I started and saw all of the features I could add on with the pro version, it was a no brainer! Record, edit, and posting all in one - not only saving me multiple login accounts and hundreds in other softwares, but it's streamlined my workflow tremendously. Can't wait to try out going Live with YT too! And my 10/10 to recommend usually comes down to the magic clips - game changing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the iPad version had the option to go live on YT. The editor and accessing video recordings are a little wonky and intimidating but once you get the hang of it, it gets better. I also think there are A LOT of features which again can seem overwhelming so sifting through it all takes time when I'd rather just get the work done the way I can in that moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me money with one pro account for recording WITH teleprompter, an editor WITH AI, and ready to post social media generated clips. So much time saved from not having to login to so many accounts and faster editing options.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and setup works seamlessly. I love how easy it is to use for hosts, producers, and guests.

After many remote recordings, I still haven’t run into anything that’s been difficult or problematic.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, if you’re looking to podcast, this service is a game changer. It makes my life so much easier because I can focus on what I love—building relationships with people, sharing my guests’ expertise, and translating complicated science into everyday life. Editing isn’t exciting for me, and this tool has simplified my workflow in so many ways. It’s easy to use, easy to edit with, and helps you create what you need to get your podcast out into the world.

The things that I have disliked or have not been as intuitive are constantly updating to make it even better. They seem very open to feedback on how to improve.

Nothing yet. I do like the AI tabs. The snapshots could use some refining but ok.

I love how easy it is to use the platform. I record, edit and publish my podcast right from here! I also have been pleased with the support and all of the YouTube videos to help me learn more about features.

Intuitive Platform That Helps Creators Scale Solo Operations
What do you like best about the product?
I feel Riverside is one of the most intuitive platforms out there. As a creator, I have used Riverside for meetings, trainings and podcasting. The features are intuitive and I love how the platform has grown to offer features that strengthen creators like me and help us scale our solo-operations without depending on multiple teams and people.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Riverside at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd describe Riverside as an end-to-end creator tool. You can record, edit and publish content on the same platform. In fact, you don't need to do it at all! The platform does it for you!
