Amazing platform for maximum quality production
What do you like best about the product?
Beyond the fact it saved my life by having multiple backups even when my storage was full, saving an episode, it helps us shoot a remote show in 4K with perfect sync every single time.
I feel completely safe recording with Riverside, and the process following takes literally minutes.
Also, it helps us promote by easily extracting any type of social media format snippets.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The one time I thought I lost an episode due to the browser inability to record, Riverside saved the day with a cloud backup that was uploaded while I was speaking.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote podcast production in perfect quality and sync. There's just 0 competitors with their functionality and features. Life saver, and time saver. I'm using its social media export tool to promote our content and it saves a ton of time cutting snippets and changing formats.

What do you like best about the product?
The "studio" enable you to always have a proper session whether you are alone or with a guest. Noise cancellation, echo cancellation features are very powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the role of producer should be enhanced to provide it with editing and exporting accesses for the wav, mp3 and mp4 files. Or we should create a new role for assistants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Riverside, I can have a high quality for videos and audios compared to ZOOM.
The platform is easy to learn and use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and functionality. I was able to get up and running in 30 minutes. Your YouTube videos are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remove echo and noise cancellation should be default not selectable. If you forget, it is either a redo or you have to take each track and splice.

What do you like best about the product?
The site helps me to produce high quality content, without any stress! Plus, whenever I have questions I always recieve high quality support!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a couple of small issues as guests have not used the correct browser, however Riverside has been quick to help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside produces high quality audio tracks remotely. This allows me to create high quality podcasts with guests from around the world. They also make the whole process very simple, I have never had trouble with the site crashing etc.

The quality of the recordings is what makes this a standout application. Plus having separate video and audio files for each participant makes editing incredibly flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the noise cancelling feature is good, it's not great. Some guests would also prefer to be able to apply the blur background effect that tools like Zoom have.

I love the professional quality of the videos I need to record for my online school.
No more extra steps: it's all in one place! Easy recording, easy downloads, there is nothing I don't love about Riverside.fm. I am not the most tech savvy, so I appreciate how easy it is to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any downsides. I have had zero hiccups since using Riverside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hated using iMovie. It just wasn't cutting it for me, as far as quality. Riverside.fm not only had better quality as far as video and audio- it was just easier overall to use!
Riverside.FM is Great for Podcasting
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Riverside records each person's video directly on their device so there are not any annoying Internet issues during the course of the interview like there would be with using other applications for remote interviews or discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides to using Riverside. All of my podcast shows are produced with quality video and audio and they have nice editing features. It is also easy to change the size from 16:9 to 9:16 or even 1:1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing that Riverside solves for me is that I don't have to worry about choppy video/audio from remote guests because they are recorded locally on their device and then after recording ends their files are uploaded to Riverside.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to record high-quality video podcast interviews with Riverside. Without it, my Podcast wouldn´t be what it is. I am so thankful to the Riverside staff for developing this fantastic tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
5 hours of recording per month in the Standard plan is just not enough. I wish the Standard Plan had at least 8 monthly recording hours. That way, I believe more people would subscribe to a Riverside plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside is helping me record high-quality video podcast interviews with ease. Without it, my Podcast wouldn´t have the kind of quality it has right now! I am so lucky to have found out about Riverside.fm!
Complete game changer!!
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has completely changed our we podcast. We used to just record over zoom and editing was a hassle cause of interference. Riverside provides such clear audio and makes editing a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues at first with audio sound, as I didn't realize there was a noise canceling feature. A more clear tutorial would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's makes editing such a breeze. I just transfer the audio sound into my program and have to make minimal adjustments!
Convenient and Consistent - Worth Every Penny
What do you like best about the product?
As the title says... it's so convenient and consistent. Great quality... Consistently.

It'd be nice if hosting/distribution were all handled by Riverside.
