The answer to video podcasting
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easy to use features and the quality of the video and audio for my podcast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about the platfom thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a high quality video podcast that I can shoot remotely. Also the integration to spotify for podcasters helps with hosting and making our podcast available on multiple platforms.

Love that it uploads live from the browse s it is happening on both ends so I don't need y guests to send me their zoom recording after the fact

What do you dislike about the product?
Can take a while to export videos, but that is the nature of video products and not exclusive to Riverside
I wish I could add an editor as a full user and not a producer so they have more control

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease & quality of recording and saving the episodes prior to editing
It makes it super easy for me to just hit record, know the quality will be great & my editors to know exactly where everything lives when they need it.

Riverside is great for remote productions for both audio and video
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside's functionality is unmatched. We have never had a recording glitch or an issue with their platform. Their customer service is amazing and always accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about the platform. It's user friendly and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make recording remotely easy and accessible for all. This puts ease on our show's hosts and their guests, eliminating the need for a professional studio.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is so easy to use and the quality is top notch. You don't have to be a tech whiz to get it set up, which is great because I can't physically be there with my podcast guests to help them. I haven't had anyone have any issues and everything has been such a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly wish there was a way to minimize freezing or skipping while in the chat. I know that's more on the internet connection, but hey, I'm trying to be somewhat critical!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of hosting a podcast and having guests join you. I was trying hard to find a product that would let me edit video and audio while also recording both at the same time. Riverside does it all.
Riverside is amazing and fits all my content creation needs.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a built in editor for videos and creating short clips from meetings, the recording quality is amazing and it allows you to view the written transcript while editing the videos which is very helpful when you have a lot of content to batch edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while for the clips to be ready after edited (they are sent to your e-mail when ready), which I believe is normal and not that hard to cope with. Also, I wish that in the first-tier plan (the one I am signed up with) I could copy and paste the transcripts, but an upgraded plan is needed for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my content creation be faster and more effective, also allowing me to save time editing clips. It also easily allows me to look through my content with transcripts.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of RiversideFM is well-designed. Navigating the platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for beginners, experienced podcasters, and video editors to get started quickly. The layout is clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring a hassle-free recording and editing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a while for my recordings to upload, and I wasn't warned that each participant's recordings had to be uploaded before the session was finished. But now I know that they do, so I make sure that they are uploaded before I end the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Riverside is constantly updating its product and introducing new features. I especially find the transcripts helpful when editing video and audio after each recording.
The solution for all our podcasting pains
What do you like best about the product?
Since we started doing podcasts we had a huge pain in the form of personally managing all the technical stuff with Zoom, OBS, sound, etc. etc. The zoom quality was very bad, connection often lost, and generally recordings could be lost or corrupted without us knowing it.
And then as a miracle Riverside just solved it all for us. Even when we had an issue, the interviewee had a bad connection and left before the video was uploaded and I freaked out (because the guest was very high profile and we did like a 60 minutes video) we got a support response very quickly and the problem was solved very easily (shout out to those who thought of such possibility).
All in all it is just a perfect tool and I couldn't come up with better solution.
And then as a miracle Riverside just solved it all for us. What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are available only in the business subscription and you could not possibly buy it without having some major budget. Also the transcription feature is great, and it would be even better if there was a way to put timestamps on the video utilizing transcript to make the editing process easier. Also x2 option in the preview is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we don't have to use zoom, obs, and all the other stuff which needs some tech engagement, we don't need another person to set it up, fix it, etc. And generally the chances of human mistake is close to zero, which is very important when you do some high profile interviews.
Besides that when I am not worried that the video will be corrupted or not recorded or whatever, I can concentrate on hosting and just be more active and engaged.

I can’t believe how easy it is to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is. It only took me 3 episodes to start to feel like a pro!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if there is anything that I don't like yet. I think there are things that could be improved but I would be stretching to find them.

I am recording podcasts for a show called Tools Talents and Techniques. I am a Black commercial real estate and tech entrepreneur and I am using my platform to highlight people in my sphere that I find interesting

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best platform I have used for my podcast and YouTube channel. It's so easy to use and the quality is excellent!

Not much. It's so easy and affordable. This can take your podcast to the next level.

Saved so much time, and so smooth to use
What do you like best about the product?
All the feature the transcript particularly and ability to save in various formats. For the first season of my podcast i used a different platform which was more difficult, now editing podcast is easier which gives me more time with recordin g.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the time to download files. otherwise happy with all the features.

Now i can record and film videos which helps promoting my podcats, also i love that i can search sequences based on words by using the transcript and cut short sequences for social.
