Digital tool for simplifying invoice submission
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pleo allows for pre-filling fields based on a photo, which makes the process so much easier. The initial setup was also very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult that Pleo does not provide a clear explanation of whether my restaurant bill should be listed with 7% or 19%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pleo, I don't have to manually file or fill out invoices, everything is digital. It pre-fills fields based on a photo.
Easy Expense Integration with Apple Wallet and 3DS Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with company defined expenses, and great integration with both Apple Wallet card and 3ds authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
You often have to refresh the front page for newly added expenses to show up, so that you can categorize them and add receipts.

Making expensing easier, saving me time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Pleo makes it easier to inform the company about travel expenses since I can just take a photo of the ticket and upload it for the finance department to see. It's very intuitive and fast, which is a big plus for me. The app looks like a bank app, so it's very visual, which I appreciate. When I'm on a work trip, I value simplicity, and Pleo helps me manage job-related matters as easily as possible. The initial setup was quite easy, and I don't remember struggling with the configuration at all.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Pleo's UX and UI because they make it easy for me to put in my expenses and get my money back from my employer. The setup was super easy for me, which I appreciate.

I find it annoying when the AI isn't good enough when scanning receipts. I wish it had better AI.

I use Pleo for company expenses and daily stuff. I appreciate how it solves problems like easy accounting and providing access to funds for all employees. I really like how easy it is to use and the automatic receipts feature, which uploads receipts without needing to print them, saving me time. Setting up Pleo was easy as well.

Simple Transaction Processing That Keeps Expenses Easy to Handle
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple, easy to see transactions and process them, when something happened like a personal expense I can handle that with the person in charge at where I work and it works out!

I could not change the ATM withdrawal limit, and didn’t know there was a monthly limit until I reached it.

It helps me to easily handle finances, it was not a great issue or a lot of work

I use Pleo for my company-paid expenses on work trips. I love how I don't need to fill out forms and save receipts manually anymore. I can pay directly using Pleo and submit the receipts at the same time. I really appreciate the simplicity of use and how it integrates with Apple Pay. It's completely painless to use, and I get reminders to submit the receipt after every purchase. Setting it up was trivial as my company did it for me.

I would like to be able to ask my company to raise my monthly limit for a specific range of dates that I know I will be on work trips ahead of time so it all works when I arrive
