Effortless Expense Management and Seamless Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Pleo is widely accepted, which simplifies my transactions as nearly every store or website takes Mastercard, eliminating the hassle of dealing with different payment methods. The initial setup of Pleo was very easy, making it convenient to get started without any technical difficulties. I find Pleo extremely easy to use, as reflected in my high recommendation score of 10, indicating that I have no complaints with its functionality or user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the reminders for when receipts or other details are missing. They could be more efficient. I suggest implementing push emails every 12-24 hours to ensure these tasks are completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo eliminates paying personally and submitting receipts, as it's widely accepted by nearly every store or website that takes Mastercard.
Direct and Easy, but with Strict Categorization

Great for Team Spending, But Lacks Accounting Integration

Instant debit cards for team members, Limit management for each team member

No API or workflow to our accounting software (Fastbill or Buchhaltungsbutler)

Each team members is responsible for certain saas subscriptions and travel expenses. With pleo we can give the responsibility to the team instead of having an overhead for controlling.
Streamlines Expenses But Needs Security Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of the system with Pleo. I like being able to link and expense to a project effortlessly and upload photos of receipts directly on my phone. The fetch function, which searches my emails for receipts, saves me time by automatically matching receipts and helps avoid the human error of forgetting too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security, my card was scammed and the security function of approving the spend in app didn’t occur

Pleo eases managing business expenses with features like setting limits, effortless spend approval, receipt uploads, and an email receipt fetch that saves time and prevents human error.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I make a purchase and can add the details in quickly and easily. I also like how effortless it is to submit and get paid for mileage.

I can't think of anything. There'd nothing I dislike about Pleo.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to add a new expense which is mainly what my company uses this application for. Easy to add evidence through an email / picture upload
What do you dislike about the product?
when adding a new expense you had to add the merchant and it wasn't always clear if it was the accurate merchant and the full list was right - i couldn't always find my merchant option

easy upload of expenses so this can be reviewed and approved by management efficiently
