What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and very near towards true workflows for the user.
I like the function where I can send receipt to a pleo e-mail and it automatically lands in the inbox of our CFO
I use it pretty much every week without any problems whatsoever

Had to reset my password once, that was pretty annyoing

What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo for submitting expenses, and it allows me to easily submit expense reporting for multiple categories without needing to ask for instruction. I like the different categories of expenses, and the easy photo uploads are great. It’s simple to understand where I need to report each individual expense. The initial setup of Pleo was very easy; all I had to do was download an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have specific employee instructions on the app. Right now there are no instructions, it would be nice to have a customizable guide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to easily submit expense reports for multiple categories without needing instructions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pleo is easy to use and it's great that it's available on Apple Pay. I find it really helpful that it reminds me when to submit receipts, which saves me time and prevents me from getting behind on expense admin. The initial setup was also very easy and took only a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have any. The only slight issue is the physical card and Apple Pay card being different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo means I no longer have to use my personal card and ask for money back. It's great with Apple Pay, reminds me to submit receipts, saves time, and stops me from getting behind on expenses admin.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Pleo for its ability to fetch receipts and speed up the whole expense process. The experience is pretty seamless with no issues logging in, which I really appreciate. It's just a good experience overall and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to log in a few times. But I guess that's just for security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo speeds up the expenses process and simplifies fetching receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of making payments from the APP.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had problems uploading the payment receipts on the APP on the computer and I have to do it from the mobile APP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of making payments to suppliers from my computer without the need to use a physical card since my company is in Spain.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and efficient handling of expenses, business mileage, credit cards, and other out-of-pocket expenses. The app is easy to use and fast to do tasks. Multiple financials aspects in one solution. User friendly and intuitive app.

Not the cheapest and the milage feature is not the slickest, but work arounds exist.

Seamless Expense Management with Stellar ROI

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Pleo has completely streamlined and simplified the expense management process. For out-of-pocket claims, it provides an all-in-one platform for reimbursement that allows me to quickly snap a picture, upload it, and have everything presented clearly to avoid overcomplicating the reimbursement process. Additionally, for credit card users, Pleo’s real-time feed into the app is fantastic as it brings up live transactions without the typical wait time of two or three days, ensuring that I don't lose receipts or struggle to retrospectively do claims. The platform seamlessly prompts me to upload receipts as needed, keeping everything efficient. I find the approval and reimbursement processes very seamless and straightforward, as I can track manager approvals through the app. Pleo’s intuitive nature is exceptional, making any need for extensive user or Confluence notes almost unnecessary. The software is a breath of fresh air compared to other clunky systems due to its self-intuitive design and ease of obtaining feedback, which has been well-received within my finance department. Also, Pleo's vendor cards are incredibly useful in eliminating the chaos that happens when managing subscriptions originally assigned to individual credit cards. The smooth integration process, which was probably one of the easiest I've ever been involved in, speaks to the excellent work of their customer success team. I'm so satisfied with the product that I would confidently consider using it again in any future roles and have already recommended it to several people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Pleo to be on the premium end of costing, which might be a deterrent when initially considering it, especially when the ROI hasn't yet been proven. Additionally, the integration with HiBob could be improved, specifically regarding hierarchy management. Currently, the only functionality that Pleo pulls from HiBob is names and status of accounts being onboarded or offboarded. However, it does not immediately pull in the managers and subordinates, so it doesn't map the hierarchy immediately, although this feature is reportedly pending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to streamline expense management, facilitating quick reimbursement and real-time tracking. It simplifies out-of-pocket claims and corporate card expenses with a user-friendly interface, enhancing workflow efficiency and reducing administrative hassle.
