What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface of Pleo; it's very user-friendly. The UI is easy, clear, and fun to use, which is great because I don't want to spend too long figuring things out since I'm very busy. I also appreciate how straightforward the setup was. Everything is designed to be efficient and ensures the information I input is correct and gets reviewed and approved by the relevant departments smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's Pleo or my company, but it usually takes up to a month for refunds, which I find a little bit too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to manage trip bookings and expenses, getting reimbursed efficiently through my company.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo for work expenses at my company and was always carrying around loose receipts, but now I can upload everything on the go. I like that my team back in the office can track spending, top up the card, and sign off on expenses while I’m on the road, so I don’t have to visit the office every two weeks with a bag of paper receipts. The initial setup was painless and took seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if all transport transactions generated an auto receipt (like London Underground).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to upload receipts on the go, reducing the need to carry loose paper. My team can track spending and approve expenses remotely, eliminating the need for office visits every two weeks.

Streamlines Expenses with User-Friendly Mobile App
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Pleo because it's really easy to use. I can just take a photo from my phone and upload it directly to the app, which makes the user experience very good. The application being app-based rather than browser-based is something I really appreciate as it's more accessible and user-friendly on my phone. It's also faster to log in and just easier overall. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to tell if there's an action outstanding, what the action is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo as a core expensing card, solving confusing expense processes. It allows me to submit expenses on time easily through the app on my phone, thanks to a user-friendly experience without a clunky portal.
Fast, Easy, and Perfect for Expense Reimbursement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the fast acting of Pleo when it comes to getting my expenses paid back from work. It's really easy to use, and I love the way it works. The initial setup was quite easy too.

What do you like best about the product?
Modern design, simplicity, speed of operation, and most importantly, simple and only necessary functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem for me is that when I select a receipt, when I open the gallery and select a scan, it loads from iCloud, but I have iCloud Photos turned off and the loading process is endless. I have to repeat the steps until it works, usually on the second try.

Great email receipt fetch, but PIN changes and web bugs need fixing
What do you like best about the product?
The fetch function that takes receipts directly from my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not possible to change your pin using the app or website. Sometimes the web version bugs out when you add details the details window doesn't close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem thats solving (but it could be done a bit better) is the fetch part where it takes invoices/receipts directly form my email saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Pleo's easy-to-use interface, which makes it straightforward to handle company expenses. The receipt matching technology using email saves a lot of effort by avoiding the need to deal with downloads and attachments, and allows for direct matching in the app. I also appreciate how easy it is to set up Pleo, as the initial setup was extremely easy. Another feature I enjoy is being able to copy the billing address easily from the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that I can easily copy the billing address from Pleo, but I wish postcode and town were split out. Receipt matching is good but the image is sometimes slow to load which makes it harder to match when the tool doesn't do it automatically.

Pleo saves me from buying first and waiting for expenses to be reimbursed, offering easy receipting and receipt matching using email. It reduces the need to fiddle with downloads and attachments, allowing direct receipt matching in-app.

I use Pleo for making business payments and tracking receipts. I appreciate that the digital card in Apple Wallet is easy to use, and I like how receipts are automatically collected from email, and photos can be taken for physical receipts. The low friction of sharing to the app rather than needing to import files makes the experience smooth. I find receipt tracking to be a simple flow, and the initial setup was very easy, with just one click to add to the wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email bot isn't able to parse receipts, especially if there are multiple files or they're in the wrong format.
