Productivity gain & simpler life
What do you like best about the product?
Does exactly what it sets out to do and does so with great simplicity and UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can think of immediately that I dislike about Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes great pain and inefficiency from the entire receipt & expenses management area.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple to use, does the job it's supposed to do, improvement over our previous solution.
Pleo offers a great, easy to use, intuitive platform and service
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to process and export the data at month end. Pleo's ability to sort the data as transactions are made/receipts are uploaded means we have to do very few adjustments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything in particular I dislike about Pleo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us go paper free by avoiding a trial of receipts. This in turn also prevents people losing receipts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great if you use Xero because you can connect the feed and export the data so that each transaction goes into the correct account

What do you like best about the product?
The new receipt scanning feature is a nice touch. It’s quick, accurate, and the uploaded receipts look clean and clear in the app. It makes reconciling much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to see your available balance directly in Apple Wallet. A small addition like that could save users time switching between apps. Worth considering for the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having individual expense cards with individual accounts was quite painful. Pleo solves this by having one central account for all. Collecting receipts was also a struggle. There are no excuses now though 😀

Go for it. It has made our lives a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is intuitive and easy to use with ever improving features. The customer support is brilliant - in particular the online or on app chat service where you get super fast responses to your queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
None in particular, but it would be great if they expanded to the US so that we can get our US business on it too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Far less time spent on the expenses in each month compared to our old process. Employees around the business enjoy using it due to the ease of uploading receipts as they spend.

What I love about Pleo is that it feels so effortless. Long gone are the days of manually reconciling credit cards. Having a prepaid card which allows me to choose the budget, add and remove budget spends on separate cards is great to have as a financial control. It is also very easy to use, very good user interface. Has the function of exporting to Excel to make further analysis if needed.

Cannot think of any to be honest, it works perfectly for me!

Confusion around purchases, this has been resolved!
Intuitional and simple - couldn't have asked for more!
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick, simple, easy to use, intuitional, available on multiple devices (especially useful as an app) and integrates with email, so many invoices are pulled automatically saving my time. It allows to add Notes for the Accounts team, so they can easier allocate the expenses to the right pot. Perfect for business trips, regular payments and ad hoc spend. Can't imagine doing it any other way now!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app size is quite big and not sure if it grows with the amount of photos uploaded. As a user I can't add any GL codes to the app and if there so no matching code, I need to mark it as "Other".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is particularly beneficial when travelling for business, not to store all the receipts, filling in endless spreadsheets after return and claim the expenses back.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't think I liked any other software so much so quickly! It takes all the annoyance of expenses away! Definitely trial it, you will not look back!
