The simplicity and easy to use app makes this very desirable

Using PLEO solves the problem of the management team paying for things out of their own pockets and then having to claim back on expenses

It's the answer of a way to pay all expenses a company may have

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo allows me to quickly add expenses within less than a minute. This is ideal when you are on the go and working within a fast-paced industry. It also means I don't have to keep a bag of receipts in my work bag and submit at the end of the day. It's quick, easy and pain free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. The ai is pretty good at categorising the receipts into the appropriate category. This hopefully will get better and better.

Time saving. Ease.

Registering this card and downloading and setting up the app is all easy. You can upload receipts from the app which takes seconds. It’s all so easy to use, quick and simple. Highly recommend Pleo

There is nothing I dislike about pleo but I have to write a certain amount of words here to submit it

All receipts are in one place. The app prompts you if you haven’t uploaded a receipt.

so easy to use - helps me keep on top of my expenses - I also love the sleeping cat when I am up to date

What do you dislike about the product?
The Analytics tab broke when we included Pleo Pocket for all employees rendering it useless for me. As I am both a regular user and Pleo and an approver none of my transactions are visible. Their support team acknowledged this a few months ago, but also that they would not fix this obvious problem.
There has also been significant downtime in the last few months, so the product seems more unstable than it used to.

I react immediately and therefore do my "bookkeeping" on the fly in real-time. There is no end-of-the-month tedious task of finding all of my receipts etc.

What do you like best about the product?
You can choose between online cards and physical cards which I really like. It´s extremely easy to manage for finance responsible. You set limits and add money to cards either manually or automatically.
The app is amazing. It prompts me whenever I use the card and I scan the receipt straight away. No need to pile up receipt and submit it when it´s too much

The cards are pre-paid. It causes issues with some hotels. Specially in the US. Would love a proper credit card as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to have the company cost separate from personal cost. As a business owner I need my company cost and my employees company cost to be transparent and available as it happens. I don´t want an employee coming with big costs that I knew little about because they have not done an expense report in a long time.
With Pleo I have managed to have full transparency and easily manage the cards and cost. As I user I have also managed to manage my expenses fast and easily with the app.

It will save you a lot of time both for users and for administrators. I am extremely happy with it

Snapping a picture of a receipt is amazingly easy and Pleo even searches my mail inbox for receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't remeber my plastic card pin as I rarely use it and seeing it in the app feels cumbersome.

Accounting has become way easier. Paying bills is a breeze and small purchases are no longer a hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
is very easy to use, like a normal card. The app is also simple for uploading receipts and tracking spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first set it up, I had issues with the virtual card not working for online purchases. This has since been rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need petty cash. Staff no longer need to use there own money and submit expenses forms. easy to view expenses on on one platform.
