What do you like best about the product?
the fact it is prepaid, at least, it is for the moment, means it never gets declined. its also very easy to use the photo function and snap a shot of your receipt for the expenses claim.
What do you dislike about the product?
its not accepted in tescos fuel stations in the pay at pump, which, right now is what they want you to use. its fine if you pay at the till though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
hotel bookings and in the field expenses were not always easy to pay using the company card, also, if you paid out of pocket there was quite a delay in getting the expenses back into your bank account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
using a prepaid card means it never gets rejected.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the application is both for users and for finance officers! I also love the steps Pleo takes to ensure receipts are uploaded (ie application automation, reminder push notifications, reminder emails, etc) which expedites the whole expense reporting process!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless it already exists, it would be very useful if Pleo offered automatic top ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to resolve the long, drawn out process of acquiring credit cards through our banking system. Having the flexibility of reassigning cards, freezing them, changing limits with a click of a button is really useful and saves us loads of time!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a smoother expense reporting process and happier (less confused users) - then this is the perfect tool!
Easy to use and keep track of expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile application, the fact that I get notified immediately and just take a photo of my receipt to upload there and don't need to worry about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't use the company credit card in some places, it's not accepted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to make it easy for everybody to do their expenses through the company and to give people the chance to purchase something through the company card. Before this, we had to use our own cards and the process to upload a receipt was long and difficult. And we would get the money back next month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using it in order to remove the hassle of adding expenses in a different system like Avaza, it takes much longer and it's a drag with other systems.

Pleo is a very userfriendly tool and I like it alot. Even integration with wallet and Apple Watch. So just a doubble click on your watch and a capture of your receipt is what is takes to report business spend

I like it all and I highly recommend Pleo to my network

It solves my business spend with credit card. The Pleo tools save alot of time spending keeping track of it

It is very easy to use, manage the overall account and manage employees expenses.
The app is a great way of snapping your receipts straight away so no need to keep the paper receipt, and the online portal is great for seeing overall spend. Pleo is great for business.

It would be good if it can automatically add on VAT to the description.

Mainly time of doing the expenses and people losing receipts.

Reviewing the imported transactions. No notification on duplicate transactions.

pleo review from an Ops perspective
What do you like best about the product?
it is just so easy, I love being able to take a photo of the receipt and log it, so I never worry about lost receipts, on spend hours filling in a claim

At the moment there isn't anything I dislike, it's that good!

I like the fact that as well as having a physical card, you can access a virtual one too. The system is simplistic (in a good way) and very easy to use.

There genuinely isn't anything about it that I don't like. Very happy :)

All payments that must be charged on the company can be done from one sole dashboard and I don't need to use my personal card, I don't need to worry about reimbursements and the Finance team can automatically track my expenses
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to have the Finance team receive the invoices via the Pleo functionality. It will make it an all-round cohesive process and ensure no invoices are missed.
