Effortless, End-to-End Spend Management with Real-Time Expense Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Set up on pleo was very smooth and I like the security feature where I can set up a password. It's easy to navigate and I never feel overwhelmed when I need to upload multiple receipts cause that can be done in two easy steps. There's never any surprises cause the user can always see the balance on the card and that helps with planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I struggled uploading receipts and I reached out to support who was very swift in their response, from there on, it has been smooth sailing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees handle their own travel invoice, this eliminates the middle man and reduces risk of error and back and forth
Easy Expense Management, Needs Improvement on Pre-Accounting Process and Better Bug-Handling
What do you like best about the product?
I find Pleo to be easy-to-use with a good UX/UI. I particularly like the feature for travel costs and appreciate how effortlessly it handles travel cost reimbursements for employees, eliminating the need for manual tracking. The ability to track expenses in certain categories through the system is beneficial. The travel expenses and vendor cards features stand out as great, providing an easy and well-thought-out process, especially for employees. With vendor cards, we can offer employees freedom while still maintaining some controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The registration of the date of card payments, accounting, and book-keeping are all still very manual, and the system does not register or learn details of expenses very well on its own. DATEV integration is improvable. The tool should learn how to allocate expenses after a while. There are some bugs in the accounting part that need to be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo for convenient travel reimbursements without manual tracking, and it helps track expenses by categories. Vendor cards give employees freedom with restrictions, but registration and bookkeeping are manual, and DATEV integration needs improvement.
A Positive Experience Overall
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes handling company expenses much easier. Employees can just pay with the card and upload the receipt right away in the app, which saves a lot of time compared to traditional expense reports. From the finance perspective it’s great to have visibility of spending in real time. Overall the tool is very intuitive and easy for everyone to adopt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to my mind at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Pleo, managing expenses required a lot of manual work and chasing people for receipts. With Pleo the process is much smoother because employees upload receipts immediately and expenses are visible right away. This saves time for both employees and the finance team and makes expense tracking much more transparent.
Effortless, Secure Solution for Test Bookings
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pleo is useful and easy to use. The initial setup was very good, and it works well for my needs, especially when it comes to providing a credit card number and details for test bookings. I find it sufficient and it functions well for the tasks I need it for.

nothing for the moment as I use it just for a few issues and that's very useful for me

What do you like best about the product?
I like Pleo because it is easy to use and especially useful for managing company and travel expenses. I also appreciate that a card can be assigned to the employee with limits, which makes expense management more controlled.

I don't like the assignment of tickets or invoices.

I use Pleo to manage and assign company expenses, it is easy and especially useful for travel expenses. With Pleo, a limitable card is assigned to the employee.

Ease of use of the app, have notifications appear when making a purchase so that from the phone it automatically takes you to enter the ticket

At the moment, there is nothing I don't like, everything works well.

Easy Expensing, But No Templates Means Repetitive Data Entry
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to expense which I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot create a template. So if you have multiple of the same type of expenses, then you have to add all of the information again and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like when it makes it easier for me to create expenses. It means that I get money returned to my bank account.
Streamlines Expense Reporting with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can just take a picture of the receipt directly in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to create a template or something similar for when you repeatedly need to file the same expense, just for a different date.

Pleo makes it possible to register expenses easily, and I like that I can just take a picture of the receipt directly in the app.
Agility and Traceability in Business Expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the agility of Pleo. The mobile app is very easy to use. Additionally, the purchase traceability functionality with the bank charge and accounting is very useful. I also find the pending expenses tracking feature valuable, as it allows me to see what I still need to upload. As a company, I appreciate the improvement in VAT claims.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let Pleo better identify if we are already uploading an invoice or just a receipt, or let the user indicate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to pay for business expenses such as transportation and food, and it makes it easier to track purchases with bank charges and accounting. I also appreciate its agility. As a user, it is accurate and allows for better VAT claims by setting spending limits per employee and type of expense.

I like using Pleo because it's like having an extra card and having everything recorded in an app, including receipts and invoices. It's the simplest way to manage a company credit card with a centralized platform. Additionally, the initial setup was very quick and easy. I find it very easy to justify expenses with my company's accounting department, and managing tickets, receipts, and invoices is simple with Pleo. I have already recommended Pleo to a friend or colleague and with a 10.

So far, I haven't found any disadvantages to using Pleo.
