Great for subcontractors

What do you like best about the product?
Procore easily allows our most important resource, our workers in the field, to always have access to the most up to date drawings and specifications. I never have to worry about re-work due to outdated drawings anymore.

With notifications, I, along with my team in the filed, can quickly see any issues that we need to take care of. Procore also allows us to easily respond back showing the fix!
What do you dislike about the product?
The iOS app for the iPhone, needs to be streamlined. It can be clunky, and take time to get to a certain drawing. When you have a large amount of files/drawings in a project, it can take quite a bit of time to load it as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time for our field leaders to go back to look at a set of drawings. No matter where they are located on a project, they always have access to all of the drawings, for all trades
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a subcontractor, I would recommend waiting until a GC or CM requires it, or offers it for free to all users on a large project.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to use and quick to pick up by anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only minor dislike would be that you can't get an automatic timestamp when entering notes in to the bid tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes delegating subcontractor communications a breeze

The transparency it adds for our organization in one central location

Really not that much. They are constantly upgrading their product for the better

Easier and faster access to all project related informaiton
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend. Although it may appear expensive, the benefits we realize far outweigh the costs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to maintain a cohesive flow of information and history for a project from its inception during pre-construction, through construction and after closeout has been streamlined with the adoption of this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The budgeting tools are cumbersome and should be more streamlined, with the ability to be made more complex as an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Localized information, flow of work, and a true project team consisting of the owner, designer, and constructor.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The budgeting component needs help, and should seek outside input.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves trees, it is efficient, it provides for good communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about it, improvements to functionality could be made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use less paper, less ink, we can use procore in the field.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If the pricing is fair to you then use it, we like the fact that it helps us be more efficient and use less paper.

Making Project Management Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization that Procore provides. It make everything easy to find and it's fast too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawings tool. It's like it is integrated into the other tools so much that it slows it down and it's frustrating to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is super helpful in keeping an open line of communication with the design team. Where we would normally have to manually follow-up with Architects on submittals and RFIs, Procore is automatically sending out reminders so it saves us time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it, at least give it a try. Once you dig into it a little, you realize it is super user friendly. In construction, there is a stigma that the older men in the industry hate technology (specifically superintendents) which, is partially true. But our Supers have grown to really like Procore because it is so user friendly.

Procore's customer service / Live Chat / Training Videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are days when uploading takes a long time and we could have our field guys waiting for the upload on our end in order for them to continue working on the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining project documentation on one website. One place to keep your vendor/subcontractor directory. See all changes to drawings. Send and track bid invites easily. Easy for subcontractors to upload proposal/pricing.
