Procore wins the drawing management game.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's bidding, planroom and drawing tools are simply the best. Drawing sets with multiple revisions are easy to manage and virtually 'collate'.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish Procore did not charge additional fees to create personalized templates for our company subcontract, change order and purchase order terms and legal language. I've worked on other platforms where this was included in the basic package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realtime forecasting and very much improved communication with our field crews.
Easy to use and makes my work efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the daily log section and the way the photos can be integrated into the daily log.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the MS project schedules can't be directly updated on Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to efficiently document all progress or dispute related info because of Procore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise them to finish the free procore training videos first. The videos make it a lot easier and quicker to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful piece of Procore is having one central cloud repository for all project documents that all team members work off of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how many items are always on the roadmap for creation. A lot of teasers of future products or updates that take a while to ever receive. Also, the cost is pretty hefty all things considered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently moving PM financial activities from office server based to Procore. They ability to do it remotely without having to connect to the office has greatly increased productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore is a very big product in its capabilities to help improve your companies project management. They're current pricing model has different package lines. Know which pieces you want to go live with and stick with it. There are many users throughout the country who are all very open to help answer questions you may have about Procore.

Document Control - The document control is very good.

Bidding - The bidding feature is lacking robust features.

Being able to keep plans & specifications organized. Preconstruction RFIs

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and unsurpassed customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Change management procedure seems a bit cumbersome at first; however the advantage is that all changes can be managed and tracked within change events - even if they do not result in actual change orders. The system works best when change orders are approved in the sequence they are issued.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project team members can no longer say they did not receive documentation; the system automatically creates a history of log-in, download history, etc. The ability to receive notifications when a document is accessed is a great benefit.

Available 24/7 including mobile app for ease of use in the field.

Try to do all training there is on procore site, very handful!

What do you like best about the product?
The superintendents at our company adopted the Procore tools, such as Photos, Daily Log, and Meetings very quickly. This reduced the amount of time it took to roll Procore out to our field staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of maintenance is pretty high and is an item in our budget that we would like to see reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore gives us a single platform to use to collaborate with our subcontractors on job-related project data.
My Favorite Tool to Use- Time Saving & User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The new views have been a nice upgrade, as well as changes to the subcontractor invoicing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the invoicing tool handled Materials Stored better than it does. Sometimes it can screw up some calculations & you really have to pay attention to make sure the sub's billing is correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest benefits for me so far has been the ability to upload plan sets & Procore name them correctly instead of me changing each individual name in the folder. Also, for Sub's to submit all their billing via Procore is a HUGE time-saver for me as well!

This is a great product & the integration options with other programs is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides one platform which has revolutionize how our company does business. The organized and streamlined processes have made our business so much more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a dislike but, I think the Sage and Procore ERP connection needs some tweeking. It is still needs a little fine tuning with the PCCO process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Reporting, Material Procurement, Purchasing, COVID-19 and Bidding processes.

I would highly recommend Procore to all construction companies. It is amazing.
