It is very user friendly and smooth to use.

SoftwareAG webMethods Integration Suite provides solutions for all integration needs.

Some of the products need some time to get to the maturity level.

We are using SoftwareAG webMethods for almost all our integration needs.
Clean and easy to use.

It's increases my overall efficiency and takes out extra steps that would come without it.

Nothing in particular. I use it weekly and find it satisfactory.

Integration problems are solved with an ease

I worked for multiple clients and they are very happy about the product,as an implementer its good.

Its very easy to use even complex logics

Deployment is bit confusing but the over all product is good.

Mainly I used for A2A and B2B both are very easy to implement rather than normal webmethods.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its very good product in the market it will be very helpful for clients who is going to by this product and who is using this product to implement.
webMethods Integration cloud is good for learning or creating POC, but i never tried it in prod.

Simplicity & training that was describing step by step

So far nothing to dislike about it. Probably more testing is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are already using webMethods On Prem version, so we were mostly exploring features in the online cloud version.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
build good use case for you to adopt webMethods cloud version based on your business requirements, regulatory requirements and budget.

Documents of specific fields are not enough.

I use the SOAP to REST transformation functionality to interconnect legacy system APIs and allow modern web application to use

Large file handling got some tricky downsides.

Integrating multiple system, this a product manufacturing line hence multiple systems are involved.
It is a stable product offered by Software AG when it comes down to the integration space.

As far as the downside goes, a bit more can be done to improve it's API capabilities.
