Iterable is a great platform that offers tons of flexibility.
What do you like best about the product?
There is always a way to get things done, whether it's adding a new feature or creating a new program. Iterable offers out-of-the-box solutions for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Promo codes are not native to the platform
UI for creating collections & functionality with randomizing/sorting isn't great. Bluecore is a good example.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the guidance and support our Implementation Consultant - Ashley Noble provided. She was always willing to make time to answer questions and provide any insight to support us in setting up. Our Customer Success Manager - Kelly O'Keefe has been such a gem as well. She is so responsive and is always willing to lend her time and support. Such great Iterable team members have been provided to us! The features and opportunity in Iterable are amazing as well and provides so many unique options to continually engage our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have better known that the platform does require a huge lift from the engineering team as well as has the need for the individual in charge of setting up the campaigns and flows to have a technical background. Our team is very small and so our time and resources are already tight, so it would have helped to know that setting up and fully utilizing a platform such as Iterable does require a larger team or you are not able to get the full benefit that it has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is allowing us to provide more of a personalized experience when it comes to marketing and promoting to our users.
Great ESP!
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has it all. If you're looking for an ESP that covers all of the channel needs in a UI that is extremely smooth, look no further. The team is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting in Iterable leaves something to be desired. Some extra reporting features such as clearer holdout group reporting and multiconversion campaigns would really help round out the suite of services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is helping us move very quickly! We are an organization that is in need of fast turnarounds on many campaigns at once and the software always supports our needs.
Great platform for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable been a very interesting journey for me. When I've started I didn't know much about platform, but the education section really helped me a lot. Was really glad to go through it and it taught me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, like with most things there are some downsides to Iterable. One of the biggest is that, HTML sometimes could be tricky and the support of Iterable can't help with that. Wish they have more knowledge there and ready to help with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes easier for us, marketing department to do our daily work. It's very user friendly and Iterable support is very helpful for the most part. Our performance is increasing each day, thanks to Iterable. Glad to see that everything that we are doing reflecting on the sales.
Iterable has been a great tool for building and optimizing automated campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has helped us automate many things that were previously done manually with another ESP and custom set-up. Our CSR has become a valuable addition and consultant for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some new features are not quite 100% there yet, for example the new experiments 2.0 feature. Also the reporting dashboards in Iterable could be better, we are having to replicate many reports in Amplitude that we can not automate in Iterable. And it would be great to be able to duplicate dashboards between users and save them as templates!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is helping us build several automated campaigns based on custom events from the back-end of our website, utilizing dynamically populated data. Iterable is also helping us coordinate a multi-channel marketing strategy.
Customization, segmentation and personalization
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data you can push through to Iterable is endless with the right tools, we love being able to customize our content for our audiences, purchase behavior, etc. The support team enable us to figure out how to do the complicated-made-easier personalization and segmentation we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want two-way SMS conversations and it's just not possible yet with Iterable. Because of this we have to use another tool but would rather have everything in one place. The more we grow the bigger the cost to use this tool gets, which makes a bigger and bigger impact on our budget too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is solving the conversation between our potential, existing and previouos customers, helping to guide them to purchase, repeat and more. We use email, SMS and push notifications, personalizing each message.
Iterable User for a Health Tech company
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to build templates and user journeys. The UI is very intuitive and I really enjoy how we can easily track email/sms analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't segment specific groups that go through a journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to communicate to our patients. For example, we can send out email/sms reminders for our research surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about iterable is the support team and the accounts team. Everyone wants to help find a solution to any email needs and help with strategic intiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UX/UI needs a lot more work. For example when creating audiences, I wish you could duplicate an existing criteria especially when excluding SKU's rather than manually typing the SKU.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, iterable is our overall email and SMS platform. So we are using it to create our email journey's so we can spend more time on strategic intiatives and campaigns. Rather than us constantly scheduling emails.
Good ESP
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has been a good email platform. It is fairly easy to learn and use and there are many helpful tools and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some technical issues setting up PN and catalog.

It is sending out marketing and transactional emails, so we are able to communicate with our customers.

- Some new projects do take time to implement, as we know we are one of many clients, however we are 100% supported throughout from kick offs to launch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Results have been phenomenal and surpass our expectations daily. The combination of Segment and Iterable has meant we can accelerate both testing and rollout.
